"Amenity is placed next to the front desk and you can take it to your room as needed. I feel like that's the best thing to do in this day and age.
Breakfast is delicious no matter what you eat. Personally, I recommend the freshly baked bread. I had a well-balanced breakfast.
There's a convenience store right in front of it, and it's about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station, so it's great to have a hotel right next to the station if you want to eat or drink."
"We were assigned an older room that was in dire need of an upgrade. The peeling wallpaper, fraying tatami mat, and sinking mattress made for an uncomfortable stay.
The breakfast was decent, but if you're staying for a few days, I suggest rotating your choices, as the offerings remained practically the same throughout our three-day stay.
The happy hour at the lounge was crowded, yet it featured a good selection of alcohol, which was a nice perk. However, there isn’t much to explore in the vicinity of the hotel unless you are driving.
For a more enjoyable experience, try booking one of the newly renovated rooms. Otherwise, it might be better to seek accommodation in a more centralized location."

Great
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in an average location. Parking spaces are quickly filled. Parking in the surrounding area is expensive and you have to walk a little further.
The whole place is clean and tidy. The hardware is new and clean. The service attitude is very good. The room has a good sense of space.
There is a water machine and a microwave in the room, very considerate
Adequate air conditioning
GGuest UserThe welcome drink was not only soft drinks, but also a variety of options from draft beer to sake, which was very satisfying. The location overlooking Hamamatsu Station, which sparkles at night, was also good. In addition to the bath in the room, there was also a bath area, so I was able to relax and relieve my fatigue. The women's bath was secure and safe. The front desk staff were also very kind and pleasant, and it was a hotel I would definitely like to use again.
GGuest UserI loved the cleanliness of the place; it's incredibly spacious for a capsule hotel, which really impressed me. The shower area is clean and stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner. I received bread and coffee for breakfast. The only downside was that I wasn't aware there was no parking, so I had difficulty getting there and had to park in nearby paid lots. The location is excellent; there are convenience stores, a market, and the hotel is situated within a building that houses restaurants and cafes.
GGuest UserI was going to a live show so I was looking for a hotel close to the station and found this one.
They were able to leave my carry-on baggage even before check-in and I was able to rest in chairs in the lobby, which was a very helpful service for a live show on a rainy day.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
GGuest UserThe access from the station was good and I had a comfortable stay. It was a plan without meals, but the breakfast buffet was added later. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of local products. The room key was a normal key type, but there was no problem. Although free Wi-Fi is flying, I couldn't find the guide, so I checked with the front desk and there was no particular password. Shampoo, body soap, etc. were the type to replenish the equipment, so recently, there are troublesome customers who mix various things, so I used what I brought. I hesitated to use the slippers because they are not disposable, they are made of mesh material, and they don't feel like they can be wiped off easily. Guidance in the room and at the front desk is minimal, but if you ask, they will respond properly, so I don't think there will be any particular problems.
GGuest UserHamamatsu is very small, and the water torii is worth watching the sunset. It is very close to Hamamatsu Station, and there are many places to eat nearby, including many eel rice dishes and Hamamatsu dumplings. The bed is quite comfortable, but you can hear the sound of trains in the middle of the night because it is close to the station. There is 24-hour coffee and tea at the front desk
LLincoln WoodRented bicycles for 24hpurs for only 1000 each. Worked perfectly well. Took advantage of the lounge which had a lovely atmosphere. Bedroom was bigger than many other places I've stayed at. Staff at reception were smiley. Cleaners too were jolly.
Only down side was the bathroom toilet. There was nowhere to put a change of clothes towel etc. so I managed to soak them.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself was good. The included breakfast was surprisingly awesome! we loved it. The only thing I would say is that the water in the shower is WAAAY too hot... I mean it's dangerously hot to the point you can actually burn yourself. I recommend starting with cold and then warming it up slowly to avoid injury, or hopefully the hotel can set a limit for the temperature that is more reasonable.
GGargoyleumEverything was actually really good, but this hotel was so old it couldn’t feel comfortable or clean despite best efforts.
Location was great - 2 min walk from Hamamatsu Station. Staff was kind and let us check in just slightly before 3pm.
Amenities were super for what you pay. Free evening curry, 1 draft beer and decent breakfast spread.
Big letdown was the room - peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, no aircon (only heater), mold in bathroom crevices of vent. I think housekeeping is probably good and the room is fundamentally well-cleaned, but the old infrastructure just makes everything feel dingy.
I feel bad as I feel the hotel is trying its best, but despite the amenities mentioned, I will never stay at this hotel again.
