"Room was nice but the staff was super rude I asked late check out and hotel staff allowed to use the room until 13:00 And today wasn’t same staff and they after 11:30 the staff endless knocking and calling , and saying need to get out the room right now , so I explained the checkout time is 1pm ,and the staff said before 1pm I checked out 12:57 and my friend got out the room 13:00 and check out 13:03 The female staff asked 430,000 vnd for 1,2minutes late Haiduong was nice place and the people was lovely but my trip was totally unsuccessful for the one young lady"
