"It was clean, parking was convenient, and it was good. There were enough amenities including bottled water. However, it would have been better if the check-in time was a little earlier. Of course, there is an early check-in, but it would have been better if the check-in time was around 4 o'clock."

"We were watching the Christmas Cartoon Show and we only stayed in Korea for less than 24 hours, but the hotel owner really made us feel warm by taking care of us. He not only helped us call a taxi, but also enthusiastically responded to any questions we had!

"motel? hotel?
It was a non-smoking room, but it was clearly a non-smoking room... oh, it smelled like cigarettes.
Fortunately, the staff were very friendly so I endured it…
Between a motel and a hotel… The bed is clean and the blanket is soft.
This part is better than an average hotel."

"It's a bit old. I went on a business trip and went to Guangming on the weekend. Breakfast was paid separately, 14,000. It was relatively simple and had no special features. It only had vegetables, chicken breasts, fried chicken, and bread. The restaurant was relatively high-end, and occasionally there were entertainers playing the piano. The air conditioner in the gym was too cold, so I chose a large corner room with a direct view of the road and IKEA. It's very open, with a lot of food downstairs and a bakery, and it's not far from the subway station on foot. Just be careful when taking a car, there are relatively few vehicles."

DDevione MarquetteThe hotel was nice than I expected. The location is great being by the subway/KTX station. There are lots of restaurants nearby. You can also take the airport limousine from the station.
It was nice having a daily complimentary beverage at the bar. The breakfast was quite nice too although there could have been more of a fruit selection. The best part of the room was the Japanese style toilet seat:

SsvtrighthereOverall it was a decent stay at the GM JS boutique especially for the price. Service and amenities were standard - staff were polite & hotel room had the basic amenities you need…there’s extra charge of 1000 KRW if you use the toiletries though, ie shampoo, toothbrush, etc…
One thing we noticed when we entered though was the smoke smell, perhaps it had something to do with ventilation or pipes.. it was gone the day after. It was also quite dusty so our all allergies were definitely triggered for the first few days… it would be great if the room could be cleaner as well, there were some blotches on the wall/cabinet.
In terms of location, it’s near a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, bus & subway station, which was good. If you’re planning on going around tourist areas, ie Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gangnam, area, the location is quite far though. When we tried to take taxis back to our accommodation, some refused as they say they don’t plan to go that far…
Size of the room was quite good, spacious enough for 2 people and open up your luggage. There’s a study table with chair and a small coffee table with chair. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious with a smart toilet (seat is also heated) & bidet.
Would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly one & good for the price!

GGuest UserI didn't know that the hotel palm iron store was Hotel Blanc, and I kept wandering there, and I asked if I could, and the signboard was Hotel Blanc. Still, I spent a night in a mood when I was in love with the groom. ㅎㅎ
The bed mattress was too old, so the spring creaked and it was a bit uncomfortable, but the price was good. ㅋㅋ
