Bad review! A real experience, hoping to warn others: As a returning guest to this hotel, I originally booked a two-night stay. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to check out a day early. Not only did I submit a modification request on the Trip.com platform in advance, but I also specifically called the front desk to confirm. I received verbal approval, and they even processed the request on the platform. However, to my surprise, the hotel still charged me for both nights that evening without informing me (they charged the second night as 'miscellaneous fees'). Upon discovering the issue, I immediately called. The front desk initially claimed they couldn't issue a refund. After I strongly questioned this, they changed their story and said a manager would contact me to resolve it. Yet, since that promise, I have not received any further communication from the hotel, and the issue remains unresolved. Promising a refund then charging me, and promising to contact me then disappearing – a business like this is simply untrustworthy.

I made a mistake when booking this hotel, as I was under the impression it included a sauna. However, it turned out to be just a basic room, with absolutely no sauna facilities. This was incredibly disappointing and quite frustrating. Please, clearly state on your booking page whether sauna services are included, as otherwise, guests will genuinely feel misled.

Unbeatable value for money! The hotel is fully equipped with everything you need, the Wi-Fi signal was excellent, and the staff provided incredibly friendly service. It was a comfortable and affordable stay!

The communication between stuff is the worst even if they all have the talkie walkies, nobody speaks English they all just use that translating device, they lie to you at first but then whatever you touch will be paid, the prices are very high and crazy, the location is very bad, not like the other Osotto
