The check in was very smooth and the lady on the reception was very polite. As I entered the room I found some hairs on the toilet seat. The central station is 15 minutes by foot away.

Nice location near metro station, Tivoli park & City Hall. Small, but nice room.

I loved this hotel! Clean, comfortable, smart, awesome location (5 mins from the central station by bus and 2 mins by metro), nice staff with reception open 24/7 and so many things to offer. I was surprised the price was so low since it’s got everything you could possibly need. I’ve had a perfect stay!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location - that it’s sort of near the central station. It’s relatively cheap in the city but it is not that cheap at all. What you get is - short of staff at reception at all times, it’s too “no-frills” that you are short of everything you need such as shower gel. And there is no phone for you to call the 24/7 reception. You need to wait endlessly just want to get a pack of shower gel. Even the staff is free, he or she was just not willing to give a helping hand. I told the staff that “I waited for 20 minutes already just to want to get a pack of shower gel. Your booking system is now down. Can you pls help?” And then I was scolded by the staff that my attitude was bad and I had to wait for get my number called. I really cannot make any sense of this kind of terrible customer service. Why didn’t an unhappy customer got pacified but instead being scolded? The carpet at the room is terrible, it got damp as there is no door in the shower and water is spilled out onto the washroom floor and then the border of the carpet. The pillow cover is shabby with hair. Therefore is no air-con and is stuffy. I hope I had paid more to stay at another hotel.

Eventhough the room is bit small, it is good enough for me n friend to stay n sleep together. Both of us are backpack traveller. Everything there is good and convenient. Definitely would like to come back again if have chance.

Cabinin is very good located. Walking distance to strøget and Tivoli. Outside train station you pass, are round tour busses, type jump on jump off, very convince to get a good view of Copenhagen

Very nice budget hotel, microwave provided for warm up food and utensils provided as well, very good for traveller wish to propared simple meal on our own. Got good supermarket LIDL nearby the the nearesr Metro.

Fantastic budget friendly hotel. 8 minute walk to the central station and very easy to find. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Rooms a little small but clean and tidy, all you can ask for!

Simple, but functional hotel, clean, efficient. Located a few meter from the new central bus station. It's a great choice for anyone interested in the essentials of staying in a great location for a very affordable price.

Bit small room. Paid luggage room. Clean facilities. Helpful staff. No public restroom, only for guests.

It was acceptable but there is no any smoking area and outside is so cold for smoking

It’s close to Ikea, and bus station, you can easily get to central. Room is small like you saw on the picture, but it has everything you need, hairdryer you need to ask front desk, they have locker for luggage (with charge). So far so good.

as mentioned in previous reviews, room is really small and compact. Carpet floors, and toilet was dirty and smelled like train toilet. Even after using properly curtain, toilet is flooded after shower.. Location is great for flixbus and city center walk Self checkin was quick.. Hair dryer on request available from the reception. Eventhough, it was mentioned that there is common kitchen available (without any mention about room category) in all web info, but access was denied for us, even just to use microoven. Common toilet in reception area is disaster..

Good if you need a stop, next to the bus stop and a short ride to the train station/airport. Laundry, lockers, very useful but rooms we're a bit basic.
