From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist me throughout my stay. But this last in the hotel was very horrible, the room was like a prison room, no heater, bed was very small and the bathroom was on the third floor. it was a bad experience. Overall, my experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations except the last stay in the hotel. The exceptional service, well-maintained facilities, and convenient location made it a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience."

"A very distinctive British-style hotel, Xiaobailou has a long history. The whole environment is very beautiful. You can take a walk in the park during the day. I really like the windows in the main building with the view~ The afternoon tea set is rich and delicious, the restaurant's daily supply of tea, coffee and wine list is also very rich, and the dinner standard is online. Facilities: Disposable slippers are generally not provided. It is best if you can prepare them yourself ~ I changed the room type once in the middle, and the second room was not equipped with a refrigerator. It happens to be the hottest summer in London. The hotel has no air conditioning and relies on a small electric fan to blow the air.😂"
