"The room was clean. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the largest mall, or a 5-minute Grab ride. There's also a McDonald's along the way. Several convenience stores are just a 2-3 minute walk next door, which is handy for grabbing water and such."

"Stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip and overall it was quite okay. The location is alright, but just take note it is quite a bit of a walk if you want to go Tunjungan Plaza. Breakfast has a good selection of food, but it gets quite crowded unless you go down early to eat. I had some issues with the TV because it keeps freezing after a while, which was a bit annoying. Also, room service missed out some things because they didn't provide a floor mat and hand towel after they cleaned the room. But for a short business trip, everything else was fine and still acceptable."

"On a business trip to Surabaya, I was lucky to find a relatively new hotel at a reasonable price. The room was decent, not too small for two people. However, I was really dissatisfied with the service. In the evening, I realized our room only had two bath towels and no hand towels, so I called the front desk to ask for some. The staff member who came asked for dirty towels in exchange. I explained I didn't have any dirty towels to give, I just wanted extra hand towels. The staff member said it wasn't allowed, claiming hotel policy states a room can only have two bath towels, and any additional ones would be charged. What??? I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time I've heard of such an absurd rule. In the end, we had to make do with just the two bath towels. The front desk later called me to say they only had bath towels and no hand towels either... Additionally, the hotel provides two bottles of drinking water, and any more cost money. The room itself was acceptable, but the service is far from what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. I hope they can improve."

"the room was really big (way bigger than expected) and the entire hotel looks very fancy and nice. we had the junior suite i think. we had a smart tv etc and ordering food to the room costs 50k rupees (=2.5€) and a thirty minute massage 100k rupees. we only stayed for one night. the food at the restaurant and breakfast were also very good. overall 10/10 very beautiful and especially for the price 100% worth it."

"I’ve stayed in four hotels in Surabaya and this is of course the best one. I liked their amenities, service, cleanliness and their staff! Especially Bella is very sweet and she remembered my name after 2 days which is very impressive! Would recommend this if you need a deep rest the hotel. They can provide you everything!"

"I really need to complain about the cleanliness. This hotel had four pillows for two beds, and one of them actually had urine stains on it! It smelled strongly of urine. I went to the front desk to ask for a replacement, but it never came, so I just threw it on the floor – it was unusable! Also, the water quality at the hotel was really bad. I brought my own filter faucet, and the filter element ended up black. I'm so glad I used it! They saw I was staying with a child for two nights, but didn't offer any extra slippers or toothbrushes, which other hotels usually do proactively. Furthermore, our room was on the 7th floor, and it happened to be a Sunday. From 4 or 5 AM, there were prayers, which were extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep. I asked the front desk to change rooms, but they said all the suitable rooms were full and there was nothing they could do. In the end, we had to endure it for two nights. 😓 On the positive side, the hotel's buffet was quite good. There were also some local specialty snacks that I tried. And the swimming pool was an infinity pool with a nice view. However, it was mostly local children swimming, so the adults didn't go in. The gym was also very well-equipped. It was very convenient and close to the largest shopping mall in Surabaya. Downstairs was also a pedestrian street. After dark, there were many places to eat, as well as cafes and bars. It was a nice area to explore. Overall, it was barely acceptable, but some basic standards should be upheld. Urine stains on a pillow are simply unacceptable; it definitely means the pillowcase wasn't changed! I hope the hotel can improve."

"Old hotel but well maintained. Rooms r huge n clean n the ac is very cold n i like it. The only minus thing is that the tv channel , no Hbo/Cinemax. Breakfast not much variety but taste ok. Staff r very helpful. Recommend fr this hotel."
