SSweetbaeJEverything about the hotel was great. I especially want to give a shout-out to Knot from the hotel lobby! His service was incredibly attentive; he helped with our luggage the whole time and was so patient and gentle. A big thumbs up to him! The pool was beautiful, and the bed in the room was so soft that I had a wonderful night's sleep.

我我是霓Considerably clean, service wise language is a challenge, couldn't get information of any indomart nearby at all and couldn't get a cup noodle at night about 10pm. Cafe downstairs has no food at night too

KKukuliThis is an excellent hotel. If you walk straight out, past Pizza Hut and over a footbridge, you'll reach the city's largest shopping mall. The mall is huge and has everything you could need. The hotel facilities are very good and clean, and the breakfast on the first floor is rich and delicious. If you want to stay in the city center, this is a great choice.

GGuest UserFor two days we have been smelling cigarette smoke in our room. The receptionist told me there are smoking rooms available on the second floor. Today we smell a very strong glue smell. Our room has no windows, so we’re getting high for free!

GGuest UserWe enjoy our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast is variety and delicious. The location is strategic, near the mall and hot spot around surabaya. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

__YT_Located in the heart of Surabaya, about a 10-minute walk from the department store. On the way, you'll pass some great sports shops. A simple breakfast is included (you can ask the staff to fry eggs, they're delicious!). The two male front desk staff were unhelpful and immediately said they couldn't assist with anything (very passive problem-solving), but the rest of the female staff went out of their way to help us with our issues!

My problem is with the fabric of the hotel. It is dirty , shabby and living in the past. The first entertainment hotel in the city. Looking at it it was probably the last time it was refurbished.
I feel that the staff put on a brave face and they are professional in their duties.
Entering my room the sheets were grey had holes and stained. If you use an external laundry and hire your linen someone needs to change your contract!! Grey is not white. The walls are covered in hardboard and are dirty. Shower and toilet ok. Fire door did not self close. Hole in the wall where the self closer keeps hitting it.
If this is a four star hotel it’s the staff who are keeping it there, a review though in my opinion would drop you to two stars at the best!!
The owners need to reinvest!!

EeverydaytravelThis hotel room is good, but some of it is not it. sometimes you get a room where the air conditioner is cold, sometimes not. the wastafel here is also clogged. but he plus part is the water dispenser you can drink whenever you thirsty without thinking of buying more. overall, this hotel is good buttry to ge yourself in lower level but not floor 1 and avoid getting into room that more than 3 (example: 204, 304) because the wifi ia shitty and youll only get wifi in certain places.

HHung Hiu TungA very cheap choice. Not much facilities provided by the hotel, for example no dryer, shampoo and bath gel. The room has locker, pretty small, my luggage doesn’t fit in, so I just place my suitcase outside the capsule. I think it’s okay because Indonesia is quite safe. Staff are helpful, check in and out is quick. Nice for an overnight short stay if you have a low budget.
