Polite friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed. The only downside is that you can hear the neighbors and everything that happens in the corridors. And yes, if you want to get enough sleep, press the do not disturb button, the cleaners will want to clean your room and will very persistently ring the doorbell until you answer.

Overall, the cleanliness of the accommodation was good, and the lobby was clean and fresh. However, when the AC was turned off, there was a lingering cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom. The location is perfect for those who enjoy walking, with easy access to Tunjungan Street, Tunjungan Plaza Mall, and downtown Surabaya. There are also several local food vendors and fast-food options nearby (McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Richeese Factory), as well as a few coffee shops. There was an issue with the air conditioning in the room; it was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep soundly. I woke up several times in the middle of the night due to the slight heat and noise. I called reception late at night about the issue, and a technician arrived 20-25 minutes later. The room was not very soundproof. During the day, I could hear the cleaning staff working in adjacent rooms and the sound of the shower running. Outside noise, like vehicle sounds, was also audible, suggesting the windows weren't very well insulated. The breakfast menu offered a standard taste, with a selection of Indonesian, Western, and local snacks. The staff were quite friendly.

Old hotel but well maintained. Rooms r huge n clean n the ac is very cold n i like it. The only minus thing is that the tv channel , no Hbo/Cinemax. Breakfast not much variety but taste ok. Staff r very helpful. Recommend fr this hotel.

A hotel with affordable price but very comfortable, what is highly recommended from this hotel is the bed and pillows are very soft, in short, it is highly recommended. The only drawback is the small parking lot so sometimes you have to park on the side of the road.

The overall ambiance of the hotel was very inviting and well-maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and provided a peaceful retreat after long days of exploring. The amenities offered were greatly appreciated and added to the convenience of our stay. We found the staff to be exceptionally courteous and always willing to assist with any requests.

This hotel room is good, but some of it is not it. sometimes you get a room where the air conditioner is cold, sometimes not. the wastafel here is also clogged. but he plus part is the water dispenser you can drink whenever you thirsty without thinking of buying more. overall, this hotel is good buttry to ge yourself in lower level but not floor 1 and avoid getting into room that more than 3 (example: 204, 304) because the wifi ia shitty and youll only get wifi in certain places.

Hostel located in the middle of Surabaya city which is very affordable, walking distance from Gubeng Lama station and several tourist attractions, malls, Grand City Surabaya. Very friendly service with very cheap room rental costs, suitable for backpackers who can try it. Free breakfast is provided with toast and tea or coffee. There are also lots of rooms, very comfortable, quiet and not hot, you can use the wifi which is quite fast, the bathrooms and toilets are clean.
