Genteng Hotels with Gym

Everything about the hotel was great. I especially want to give a shout-out to Knot from the hotel lobby! His service was incredibly attentive; he helped with our luggage the whole time and was so patient and gentle. A big thumbs up to him! The pool was beautiful, and the bed in the room was so soft that I had a wonderful night's sleep.

This is an excellent hotel. If you walk straight out, past Pizza Hut and over a footbridge, you'll reach the city's largest shopping mall. The mall is huge and has everything you could need. The hotel facilities are very good and clean, and the breakfast on the first floor is rich and delicious. If you want to stay in the city center, this is a great choice.

Overall, it was okay. There were a few significant issues though, like the toilet water overflowing, and the bathtub in my son's room wouldn't drain, but a call to customer service sorted it out immediately. The breakfast lacked variety; the porridge, rawon, fried rice, and omelette were all just average in taste. The omelette was almost like a dry rolled egg pancake, when usually they're still creamy and moist inside; yesterday's was dry. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future.

The room was quite clean and tidy with no hygiene issues. The location was decent, convenient for getting around. The service was excellent; they even asked what you'd like to drink at the restaurant during breakfast. The gym was conveniently located nearby.

We enjoy our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast is variety and delicious. The location is strategic, near the mall and hot spot around surabaya. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The location is close to the Atom market, the bathroom is big, the room is also quite spacious, soap, standard towels, parking is next to the hotel so you don't have to pay, AC is ok, hot water is ok
