"For sure will repeat stay here! We come early(2pm) and we try to ask whether can make an early check in. The receptionist said we can(Thanks to him. I forgot to ask his name. He is from Sabah). He mention all the flow to parking, breakfast and others. Btw there is kiosk for check in too. That time the guard on duty asked us to park beside the lobby(for a while) and do check in. The process is fast! Parking : Level 3-6. Please mention your car plate no during check in for them to key in your plate no in the system so that you no need to make payment for parking. Lift : Please find wall/door mention to Iconic Regency. Tap your card and press your room floor. Breakfast : Breakfast buffet is at Iconic Marjorie Hotel. We need to go to lobby(Floor 1) and find the door that connect to Iconic Marjorie Hotel. Next, use their lift and go to the 2nd floor (Tiffin Lounge). The food was good and delicious! Infinity Pool : Floor 42. open until 10pm. There is kids pool & infinity pool. The view was so amazing. We can see flights , Penang 1st Bridge and 2nd Bridge."

"U Hotel is a nice choice for a short stay. The room is clean, comfortable, and spacious enough, plus free parking is provided which makes it very convenient. The location is great — right beside Coffee Bean and Lotus, with plenty of shops around to explore by foot. Overall, it’s a good value hotel. Just a small area to improve: the towels should be checked more carefully, as mine had some traces. Other than that, it’s a pleasant and recommended stay"

"Fantastic Family Stay! Our family of four had an absolutely perfect week at this hotel! The spacious, immaculate rooms easily fit all of us. The amenities were excellent for families, keeping the kids entertained while we relaxed. Dining was always a highlight, with consistently delicious food around the area. The location was ideal for exploring, and what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding, friendly service from the owner. Highly recommend for an amazing family getaway! We're already planning to return!!"

"Nice new serviced residence in Penang, attached to a 5 star hotel. The view was spectacular, facilities were really nice. The unit was good, with plenty of pillows. No smart TV, bring your HDMI cable as there's only local TV channels. The unit could use more mirrors as only the master bedroom is spacious, and it's a relatively small unit for a 3 bedroom. The host was very responsive and helpful. They also have other units in other condos in Penang, will check them out next time."

"Satisfying stay, good security, magnificent Penang bridge view from the balcony and window of the master bed room… but morning Muslim prayer from the nearby mosque may wake one up very early.  Room service is top notch, more efficient than a 5 star international hotel.  Nice comfortable resort feel lounge with a hot and cold drinking water dispenser, lounge is also equipped with 2 pool tables, a gym, table tennis table and bats, badminton/basketball court, a swimming pool and a small waterfall koi pond.  Snacks and breakfast are sold at a cost."

"For a budget hotel, it was above my expectations. Ade its own mart. There are toiletries, snacks, etc you can straight buy at the reception. Got coway at some floors. It's clean! even on the stairs and hallway. Water heater, tv, towels, etc basics ones made available. Hotel parking got but limited. Definitely leaving a good impression for my impromptu overnight. Keep it up."
