As a foreigner it's hard to find places in China that would accommodate me. This hotel had anything a foreigner needs and the service was amazing even when they couldn't speak English they tried or found someone to help. Also the online chat function with the hotel works amazingly. Would recommend it for anyone just wanting to go and relax.

**Fantastic Stay at Fuzhou Narada Hotel** A wonderful experience! The staff, especially the front desk team, were exceptionally friendly and efficient—every request was resolved perfectly. Rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The hot spring facilities are rejuvenating, and the entire hotel radiates tranquility. Highly recommended for a seamless, relaxing stay in Fuzhou!

The hotel service was excellent, their english was good so no need for a translation app. Staff was very friendly, Zoe even helped me out with getting around town very kind! The room was very clean and relaxing, the private hotspring was a must :). A no brainer for sure when im back! Remy

This is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel. We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable. The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed. Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore. Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

The management and service were poor. The reception staff were expressionless during check-in, and there were few restaurants nearby. There were no charging stations. During peak season, when checking out was unattended, I had to follow up twice to process the check-out; the service was passive and unhelpful. The next day, I decided to change hotels and stay in Fuzhou for two more nights.

The hotel has a super convenient location, right next to the subway station! The room was clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and Xiao Lu at the front desk was warm and attentive, showing great care and attention to detail. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This hotel has a beautiful environment, and a bath in the hot springs instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the housekeeper Linda's service was warm and thoughtful. I will come again next time!

The stay was very comfortable. It's not far from the South High-Speed ​​Railway Station. The hotel is quiet and exquisite. Suki at the front desk even helped us upgrade our room. Because we have a baby, she specially arranged for us to stay on the tenth floor, a non-smoking floor. She was very considerate. I felt very good about this trip to Fuzhou.

The hotel is close to the subway, making it very convenient for travel. It has complete facilities and excellent service. The room was spacious, bright, warm and quiet. Linda, the front desk receptionist, was enthusiastic, proactive and attentive.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, with no major supermarkets nearby, and the Jasmine Springs isn't very popular. The environment was clean and tidy, but the room had a door connecting to another room, and at 1 a.m., the neighbors kept ripping at the door. The noise was so loud, I called to complain, but it was useless. It was a very poor stay.

The hotel has an elegant environment, free parking, complete facilities, clean rooms, comfortable hot springs, rich and delicious breakfast, and the service of Xiao Xie on the night shift is very good. Thank you for Xiao Xie's service.
