Very small place, bedroom and bathroom inclusive. Near to metro and breakfast is decent, other than that, nothing really spectacular

Convenient location- just above Seodaemun station. No room service for food, fyi. But food street is just across the street with a lot of bbq places. Convenient stores like GS25 is nearby - Korean instant food is a must have when you are there! Minimalist room, clean, practical. We had a very pleasant stay there.

The water heater was out of order so no hot water for shower. No notification from the hotel and the attitude of the front desk was not helpful and somehow rude. The hygiene is fine but a few things are broken: - the hair dryer’s joint is loosen so it’s front part keeps dropping - the show holder is loosen so it is always at a lower location Bed is nice.

We enjoyed our stay in Korea. The hotel was nearby Myeongdong or Seoul station (15 mins) although there was no air con in our room.

Service was very good , we had early check-in at 1pm. Hotel has a small, but decently equipped gym. Location is right outside either exit 7 or exit 8 of seodaemun station. It is about 2-3 bus stops to Seoul station. However, there were certain lapses in housekeeping: 1. Housekeeping didn't refill our bodywash when we requested 2. Housekeeping took our bodywash but didn't give us a new one 3. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night. lobby was flooded, and lifts were not working despite the fire alarm being "resolved" more than 1 hr ago. This meant that we had to carry our luggage from the 8th floor to the 1st floor at 5am in the morning for checkout.

Honestly very happy with Shilla Stay. It was right on top of the metro entrance, and breakfast was really nice. Will definitely come back here as the location is ideal and the room was solid.

cleanliness was subpar, there was residual dirt from the previous guest such as hair, eyelashes, lint etc. but they do clean & make up the room every day. Other then this, the room was fairly clean and nice. very spacious & the metro was situated right infront of the hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located above the train station. It was easy to get to places like Hongdae and Myeongdong from the hotel. Gym was small and could get quite crowded at night. Room was small but functional and well-equipped.

Loved the design of this hotel, very sleek and clean with clever use of space and room never felt cramped. Also wood floors instead of carpet which is so much more hygienic. Subway is literally just outside the door and very easy to get to all the hip cafes, Soha salt pond is just 15 mins away.

Very good location right next to subway station. Only 2 bus stops away from Seoul station. There are many eating places nearby. Room was bright and clean and beds are comfortable. The buffet breakfast was also very nice.
