"Fukuyama Station is 2 minutes away and the room is clean. I originally wanted to move to a room that didn't face the station because I was worried it would be too noisy. The front desk staff tried to help, but unfortunately it was full. In the end, I found that the windows were dense, so the soundproofing was okay, and I could see Fukuyama Castle. 3 people live here, and they can still open their own suitcases"

"Clean and comfortable hotel situated close to transport ie train station, shops and restaurants. Comfy beds, great bathtub and good sized rooms. The only drawback was the bright light that would go on in the toilet at night. Breakfast was well organised with lots of choices. There is a laundry with dryers as well but it was on a different floor."

"As you'd expect from a company with a nationwide presence, the overall experience was very good. I had to join a web conference just before or after check-out in the morning, but they were able to lend me an empty space in the lobby even after I checked out. This was extremely helpful. I'd like to use their services again."
