A very nice home to stay with my family. Very close to Fisherman pier and alot of options of food.

Our short trip to Shunde this time bringing the whole family with senior, baby and a teenager. I have carefully looked for a suitable home stay for this trip. I did not have too high of expectations at first while making this booking, after our few times staying in an apartment before while travelling to China. However, this apartment we stayed for these two nights has surprised me with the cleanliness, apartment size, the view and the things they have equipped inside the apartment (although of course the kitchen utensils is used and a bit old, and not cleaned properly) but that's fine with us since we brought our own, and we didn't expect to cook in the apartment (except reheating our baby's foods). The apartment also comes with a microwave which is very nice, the fridge was also very clean and doesn't smell bad at all!! So we can bring take out foods outside and have them reheat in the apartment. The only thing I did not like was the last day of our stay we have asked if we could checkout one hour late, as we would like to feed our baby her lunch first before we start the long journey back home. And we were asked if we could give a good review for our stay, so the owner can waive the additional charges for late checkout. Although we ended up checking out on time, so didn't needed to extend an hour, but I think a review is something the customer themselves decide whether to give or not (which I do plan on writing one after my stay later on when Im back home) but just feels unpleasant to be asked in advance LOL... Overall, this apartment has surpassed my expectations and we had a good stay. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is clean, the location is convenient and lively, the owner is very responsive and gave us some travel guides prior to our stay, which is very thoughtful. There is also parking's in this building with charges of $5/hr, which we think is a bit expensive if we had to park overnight. We had some hiccups on the first day getting in and out due to our foreigner car plate. But we got it sorted out in the end. Would definitely reconsider this apartment if we ever some back to Shunde again ^v^

The actual location is quite a distance further into the small lanes from the address given.

Convenient place which is surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. Parking space is available nearby. But need to make a contact for the accurate address before you check in.

The location is great which is near the Fisherman's Wharf. A lot of good restaurants nearby. Also there is a night market (food only) within 10 minutes walking distance. The host is polite and responded quickly. I highly recommend this place to other Travellers.

Hygiene: Very clean. It was my first time staying in such a clean B&B. I was surprised. Service: The service was very good and responsive, and very considerate. Location: The location was also very easy to find. I parked my car directly on the underground first floor and took the elevator up. Decoration: The decoration is new and beautiful. I really love it. You can see the river view. The photos are all blockbuster. Scenery: The lighting is super good and comfortable, and you can see the sunset in the afternoon. Most importantly, it is really suitable for taking pictures. The most considerate thing is that you can bring your dog!!! It was really unexpected. The hygiene is good and everything is good!!! I only want to stay here in the future.

Service: Travel during the May Day Golden Week, know that there will be more people and cars, but did not think that following Gaode  over will say the wrong road, closed road, the result to detour a large circle, when about 7 pm over to the bed and breakfast, to the nearby store told me because of the festival crowd random traffic restrictions, and the car stopped do not get out of the car, very helpless, plus heavy rain not drive outside  homestay  very inconvenient. The parking lot downstairs cannot recognize Hong Kong and Macau license plates. You have to register with the security guard separately.  Environment: Near Fisherman's Wharf is very lively, there are many restaurants and shops nearby to choose from! The neighborhood downstairs from the bed and breakfast is comfortable.  Once in the elevator has been a lot of mosquitoes, the electric mahjong table has not been cleaned very dirty, the previous hand after playing some chips are still in the drawer, the table legs also have spilled soda traces, the bedside has the previous hand finished drinking water bottle, the side of the wall still have a nose 😰 It is worth mentioning that the bed and breakfast provides disposable supplies, even towels, the kettle provided paper cups, brush teeth cups are disposable plastic cups, feel hygienic. Although downstairs is the Fisherman's Wharf, but the soundproofing is quite good, in the house next door there is a dog every time he hears our takeaway delivery will keep calling😥 Rooms can not be delayed check-out, understand the Golden Week holiday crowd will be more peak, but if  $ 1300-$ 1400 a night room to me deliberately give five-star reviews to be able to delay 1 hour then I would choose to get up earlier and leave on time,  and parking downstairs parking trouble, there will be no next time.

The water pressure on the 3rd and 4th floors was insufficient, and the basement rooms smelled extremely smoky and were completely uninhabitable. The next day, the air conditioner in the living room on the 2nd floor leaked and the entire living room was flooded. The customer service quickly arranged for an aunt to come and clean it.

The location is really great. The room is clean and tidy. There is a river view outside the window, which is suitable for taking photos. Fisherman's Wharf is downstairs, so you can check in and take photos. There are many kinds of delicious food. Like

Very satisfied with the B&B, located at Fisherman's Wharf, very convenient to go anywhere, and comfortable to enjoy the scenery. And the morning tea at Happywood not far away is so delicious

The location of the hotel is not easy to find, but the staff used diagrams to indicate the location, which was acceptable. There is a billiard table downstairs in the hotel. The hotel does not provide parking space and you need to park your car in a nearby parking lot. The hotel is located near the night market and Fisherman's Wharf, which is quite lively at night.
