Hello Overall our stay was very good. The Customer Service was excellent! We had our room upgraded! The room was very dusty. Sheets had marks on it, towels were hard and worn out. Only one bin to use and two power sockets. We loved that the hotel provided free water filter to use. I booked a taxi via the hotel on my return back to the airport. Hotel said it will be 100 Polish Zloty but the taxi insisted on 25 plz.

Very friendly staffs, the building is a bit old but it is well maintained, clean and comfortable! Location is perfect!

Okay location, not really quiet rooms. Lots of running can be heard inside the room. Very small shower, inconsistent water temperature. Toilet seat mounted unreasonably high and uncomfortable. Quite old TV but in a weird position and blocked by the desk light. Very, very, VERY BAD BEDS. It felt like getting skewered in the ribcage! Budget friendly but very outdated hotel and beds like torture tables. Would consider alternatives even if farther.

Excellent location, two mins walk to the main tourist attractions/old town. Everything was satisfied except the bed, it's way too old and not comfortable at all.

Great location, the very heart of the ♥️old town where restaurants, pubs, bars are bustling with life all night long. For breakfast, lunch is offered by the nearby Bar Mleczny, and for lunch or dinner, the nearby restaurant 🍽TRUE. The hotel is clean and pleasant 👍. Good cosmetics in the bathroom in case someone didn't take them with them 😉 A good comfortable bed 🛏, delicious coffee ☕️. Pleasant and fast service at the reception.

Rather dated hotel, in need of a refresh, excellent breakfast, reception staff not very helpful given that they forced us to have a room on the ground floor with no privacy, making it necessary to keep the curtains closed. There is a beautiful garden
