"This is an amazing place . I definitely recommend it. The city tax is abit high. I would say recommend that they advise foreigners about public transportation not many people know the tram has a 40 euro fine. I love my stay there."

"My husband and I loved this room! It was cute and stylish. When we first checked in, the staff was very welcoming. WIFI was great! The room and bathroom was nice and clean. I really enjoyed the bidet and the shower. There was complimentary tea in the room. Breakfast is served from 8am-10 am. The older woman who helped serve was so hospitable, she made a great cappuccino! Even after check out, they were able to hold our luggage for a few hrs while we continued to explore the neighborhood. The Florence S.M train station was not too far (approx. 10 mins). You are expected to pay an additional fee for tax at checkout, which I believe was 24 euros. I would recommend this hotel!"
