酒店地理位置優越，新聖母大教堂旁邊，火車站出來步行幾分鐘。離中央市場也很近，附近亞洲超市也不少，有家一芳的越南米粉味道很不錯。步行至百花教堂衹需五六分鐘。
酒店服務熱情，辦理入住時，前台主動告知房間裏minibar的小食和飲料免費享用，而且續住還會補足，很少遇到如此慷慨的酒店。
酒店五樓的餐廳讓人歡喜，可以遠眺百花教堂頂。其實酒店還有一個屋頂花園餐廳，可能因為是旅遊淡季，沒有開放使用。但有部電梯，住客可以直達頂樓花園觀賞。查閲Google發現，頂樓餐廳評分也好，可惜我們預訂第二晚的，已經沒有空位了。
酒店是座19世紀建築，內部有些房間還在陸續裝修。但改造後的大堂和房間挺有韻味、又實用。

바로 보여요^^
피렌체 여행하기 너무 편한 위치여서 중간에 휴식취하기도 좋습니다.
운이 좋게도 4층 두오모뷰로 배정 받아 투숙기간 내내 너무 행복했습니다. 호텔 직원분께 다시 한번 감사드립니다.!!
오랜 전통을 가진 호텔이라 시설은 오래 됐지만 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있고 객실안 미니바(땅콩, 탄산음료, 물 등)가 무료입니다.
물도 센스있게 네츄럴이랑 탄산수 둘다 있어요.
조식도 맛있고 조식당 뷰는 진짜 너무 멋져요!!!!!

Muy bien situado. Junto a la estación del tranvia q llega del aeropuerto.
La habitación es grande y antigua. Estilo italiano.
El buffet del desayuno está bien.
Lo único malo es q se dejaron la papelera del baño llena. cuando llegamos la vimos.
La calefacción no la apagan y por la noche calor y ruido.
Nos dejaron un detalle en la habitación el último día. Buen detalle.
Paraguas en la entrada. No hace falta que lleves

酒店就在中央火車站對面的新聖母瑪利亞大教堂旁靠近歷史中心一側，步行去火車站、長途汽車站、市中心各景點都非常近，不需要坐公交車也不用打出租車。自助早餐在頂樓，可以看到聖母百花教堂的穹頂，風景優美，自助早餐的味道也很不錯。酒店已經開業120週年了，走廊佈滿了佛羅倫薩的黑白老照片，酒店裝飾的古香古色，很有歷史感。住客可以免費享用迷你吧的飲料，這一點我第一次遇到。

三千多一晚的酒店，毫無體驗可言。下午入住完出去逛街了，晚上回房間發現屋內窗户連接天井，樓上是酒店餐廳在辦party，屋內堪比演唱會現場，甚至比有些演唱會聽的都清楚。房間門一關，樓道比房間內安靜多了。
找前台工作人員解決，工作人員説餐廳不歸酒店管，他們也沒辦法，要求更換房間也聲稱滿房，衹能讓我們自己去找餐廳協商。
上樓找了餐廳經理，有人在辦結婚party，説12點會結束營業，他們也無法要求客人關掉音樂。
完全無法睡覺休息，在樓道沙發等到12點09分，餐廳營業結束才安靜下來。酒店明知房間不隔音還將房間出售給客人，也無任何補償措施。
設施：房間內設施陳舊，地板會踩的吱吱響，這個都勉強可以接受，我體重90多斤的女生，床衹要一翻身也會吱吱響，住的兩個晚上完全沒睡好。感覺酒店把所有裝修都體現在大堂了，大堂真的是沙發舒適、空調適宜、音樂優美。
在意大利體驗最差的一家酒店。給大家避雷。

酒店很有古風，比較乾淨，舒適。餐廳在頂樓，可以看到教堂圓形頂部。交通便利，就在火車站邊上，去機場也是電車一步就到。
