Rooms are spacious, however cleanliness of the hotel is lacking , you can tell they don’t do a thorough clean of the bathrooms … with water marks on the stainless steel and soap scum around the taps …
The air conditioning sound is also very loud , as it was hot outside it took a long time for the aircon to cool the room down at night. Had to use the earplugs to drown out the noise …

Great location great hotel! Staff can't speak English. Beds were so soft and comfy. Rooms were spacious. Laundry room is excellent with dryers, washers and steamer. When we didn't retrieve our clothes in time, staff helped us fold some of our laundry and placed it all in a bag. Love that there were non-smoking rooms. Finally can sleep without the lingering hint of smoke in my nostrils.
So close to the mall and the cute pedestrian zone. Tons of options for food and shopping. The hotel provides you with so many water bottles! Really appreciate it as this city gets super hot.

The hotel's room service is very good. I asked for a hard bed, and the room manager was able to arrange it. She also gave me a massager for trial use. It felt good and I fell asleep quickly. I usually have insomnia at my age and can't fall asleep until 12:30 pm-1 am. The massager last night helped me fall asleep quickly. I give a five-star praise to the room manager of Fuzhou Four Seasons Yuecheng Fuzhou South. The room service also brought my washed clothes to the room. The front desk ladies of the hotel are all novice receptionists, and they are not familiar with the work and business. It took 30 minutes to ask for a water bill. They were procrastinating day after day.

The room we stayed in looks smaller than the pictures described , the decor is quite nice, the bathroom is good, the shower is strong and the big plus it's got a automatic toilet. One issue was the duvet had dirty marks, anyway that was sorted straight away, the maid gave us 2 bottles water to compensate, unlike other hotels, the water is free or near the hallway to pick up yourself. There's a plenty of restaurants nearby but it's mainly Noodles restaurants and BBQ snacks restaurants, you need to go bit further on to find more restaurants, the staff was ok, but not very informative. Finally another good thing is got a washer room, which is on level 26. Overall it was a reasonable stay.

The hotel staff were very nice, polite and accomodating. I had arrived there early and they did not have a problem looking after my belongings while I explored the city. As I explored they had called to notify me that the room was ready and that I could come back at any time. When I had returned they informed me that they had given me a free upgrade. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was very delicious and had quite a few options. Located in the centre of the city and the area around it is also very interesting with many international restaurant options. 100% would style there again

Thank you very much for the enthusiastic service of the front desk lady and the housekeeping lady. I felt very comfortable after staying for a few days. The room was upgraded for free. The space is relatively spacious, with a small sofa and a long table. The breakfast time is relatively long, and there is also free supper in the evening, which is pretty good! It is very close to the train station and can be reached on foot. There are also some delicious supper stalls nearby, which you can try. The wontons in the store next to Meiyijia downstairs are very delicious! Recommended!
Except that it is far from the popular attractions in Fuzhou, there are no other disadvantages. You need to take a taxi or take the bus every day, but there are many traffic lights, which takes time. When I came, I said it was best to live near the subway station. After seeing it, I actually found that the scenic spot is not close to the subway station. Overall, I am shocked that a Mercure (Accor) hotel would be of this quality or standard.
The hotel lobby & entrance did not not even have concierge services or a ramp to ease the luggage load, I had to carry 2 big luggages up a flight of 4 steps to enter the hotel lobby entrance.
Room cleanliness was below acceptance, my suite & room windows were atrociously dirty, my room aircon vents were partly broken, other room and hotel amenities are unlike a 4 star business hotel that Accor brands would be!
A saving grace was the hotel central location & the 2-3 reception staff that were quite helpful at times but failed in terms of providing any local area expertise or recommendations (food, attractions, etc.) well when asked. This is probably not suited for a tourist or leisure type hotel guest.

The hotel is very unique. I have stayed in Suzhou before. This time when I came to Fuzhou, I found that there was one, so I booked it. Because I had to catch an early flight in the morning, the chef also prepared breakfast for me. It was a very good stay.

There is a coffee corner outside our rooms thus we were able to relax and have our tea/coffee together. Rooms were clean and nicely designed.

Because generally, when you leave the station, you are looking for public transportation or taxi, but you have to wait for various routes. CCatherin0516This is the hotel I think has the best experience. The location is very good. It is right in Sanfang Qixiang. You can walk to the main street on the left and right when you go out. It is closest to Wenrufang. The hotel has its own parking garage on the first floor. The garage is not only large and spacious, but also has enough charging piles for charging trams. The room is very quiet, clean and tidy. In addition to the commonly used disposable cotton slippers, there are also disinfected bath sandals in the bathroom, which is very thoughtful! The bathroom supplies are all Ousultan, very high quality! A large plate of fruit is given every day, which can't be eaten up. The drinking water is all Nongfu Spring, and there is also a tea tray for brewing Kung Fu in the room. Their three kinds of Kung Fu tea are provided every day, which is enough to drink! There are also daily nuts, various milk drinks and Evian mineral water in the small refrigerator, all free. Rooms were clean with modern amenities. Bedsheets used were white in colour like normal hotels. Towels were disposable type.
Overseas guests be warned that you need to get in touch with the rooms owner. Luckily for us we had Wechat. Our air transfer driver did assisted us by calling the owner on his phone.
That was because your room number and at which floor with the door security key numbers as well as the room door code would be send to you.
Secondly, once you gained entrance to your apartment unit, you needed to go up a flight of stairs (troublesome with luggage). Each apartment unit, the owner had converted to either 2 or 3 individual rooms.
Location was near a lot of eateries and we even managed to have supper around midnight at one of the eateries inside the apartment complex.
Also there were a number of convenience stores that opened till late or even 24 hours.
There was a metro station within 15 minutes walk.
One added bonus was that there was a washing machine inside the room
Concluding, the owner should have sent the doors security codes to us via Trip.com to avoid the hustle in checking in

In terms of location, it is close to the main road of the city, and the bus and subway are nearby. It is easy to reach popular attractions and commercial centers, which provides great convenience for travel.

We spent a night there to enjoy the hot springs. It wasn't very clear in the beginning that the Huiya hotsprings were actually within the hotel's building. The only way to reach the facility is by taxi because even if there are buses (only one line 331) they come once in a while. It was difficult to get back to the city, we had to walk to the little town and wait bus and also keep calling a didi which eventually came...
The service at the reception wasn't as good as should be. They couldn't even find the reservation I made, just because it was a foreigner name. No English at all, which I can understand but even communicating in chinese wasn't that smooth.
The room was average, honestly we were expecting much better quality, the TV was old and small, no movies, nothing. There was mildew in on the wall.
We were expecting to go to the gym as the facility said was available on the description but no open gym, we couldn't even find it, the reception guys didn't even know where it was located.
We thought we could have free or discounted access to the hot springs (considered the price of one night!!) but just a slightly lower price.
The hotsprings were ok, honestly we were expecting a bit of variety of baths like with aromas or oils.. But no, just water and 2 different temperatures. Differences were in size and temperature. One bath was bigger with a stone bed to relax.
No free snacks or drinks (except water but no cups in every water dispenser), even if the service book in the room said there were available.
Every thing was to pay. No other meal included besides breakfast. We tried to have dinner, the menu was only in chinese and no many options available. So we had to go to the town to find food.
Breakfast was the best part, very rich and complete. The only really good thing we found there.
Overall relaxing days and night, but for thw price we paid we could have had a better service experience.
Also for the hotsprings, I visited better and cheaper ones elsewhere.
I wouldn't recommend it, I would stay to another nearby facility and come only for the hotsprings
