Welcome to our family townhouse nestled between Vail and Beaver Creek. The house is located right next to the Eagle Vail golf course, driving range, pool, hiking trails, cross country skiing, and tennis/pickleball courts. Only a 8 minute drive to Beaver Creek or Vail. Go for a ski day or a round of golf and then relax in the living room or patio with a fire pit/bbq with a well deserved refreshment. Great place for couples, friends and/or families!Once you enter the house you will find a dinner table for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally on this level you will find a living room with a queen sofa bed, a TV entertainment center plus a full patio deck with a BBQ and fire pit for your enjoyment. Down one level there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom as well as a laundry area for your use. Upstairs you will find one bedroom and a full bathroom.The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, refrigerator, stove, microwave, normal coffee machine and all utensils/cooking essentials. No condiments/coffee ingredients or cooking oil provided. There are heating controls on every room but no central AC system. There is however a mobile AC unit in the primary bedroom. For the most part of the year in the mountains, days and nights are pretty cool. There are also fans if needed.You have access to all parts of the house except the locked doors which is were we keep our family personal belongings. You will also have access to 2 free parking spaces. This luxury condo is the perfect Vail Valley getaway!Our beautiful mountain condo has been completely updated for your comfort. This is a quiet top floor (third floor) 2bd 2ba condo overlooking the Eagle River. 1185 Sq Ft.Enjoy natural light, mountain and river views. Warm up with the fireplace or private in-room sauna at the end of day. The unit is set away from any highway noise. Open up the sliding glass doors for fresh mountain air and the sounds of the Eagle River.The Master bedroom includes a King bed, sliding glass door that opens up to the patio and Eagle River and a private bath including a sauna and rain shower. The over-sized guest room has a queen-sized bed with a twin bunk bed above and a twin trundle bed underneath. The guest room also has a tv and private balcony. There is an additional full sized bathroom just outside the guest room complete with jetted tub and shower. For additional guests, pull out the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room and snuggle up in front of the wood burning fireplace. There is a private washer (Miele WXD160 WCS installed in April 2024) and dryer (Miele TXR860WP Eco & Steam installed in April 2024) in the unit for your convenience. The condo accommodates 6 guests comfortably. Our large dining table seats up to 6 guests and is a great spot for family games or cards. All linens are provided. After turning in to SunRiver, take an immediate right underneath building C and pull into the assigned parking spot for unit B302 on the right. Transportation: - There is an ECO transit bus stop half a block from the condo along Hwy 6 that will travel to Avon (westbound to the Westin Riverfront Gondola that accesses Beaver Creek) or Vail (eastbound to the Vail Transportation Center) for $4 each way. Buses arrive every 15-30 minutes, and are an easy and convenient way to get around the valley! We are dog-friendly, as long as your dog is friendly—and well-behaved. About the property….On the main level, you'll find a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, wraparound windows and sliding doors, and a 65” 4K Roku smart TV with high-speed Internet and digital cable from Xfinity. We have a large kitchen with all of the essentials, and an open dining room with seating for up to ten people at the table and countertop. On the upper level, you’ll find four bedrooms, configured for a larger group. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, private balcony, and an en-suite double vanity bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, and Bedroom 4 has twin bunk beds. There is a full balcony at the rear of the property, as well. A laundry room and an additional bathroom round out the upstairs layout. Welcome to our cozy apartment nestled between Vail and Beaver Creek with only a 9 minute drive to the slopes. The apartment is located right next to the Eagle Vail golf course, driving range, pool, hiking trails, cross country skiing and tennis/pickleball courts. Go for a ski day or a round of golf and then relax in the living room with a refreshment or drink. Great place for solo travelers, couples and small groups. As you enter the apartment you will find a full living room and an equipped kitchen. Near the kitchen you will find access to the washer and dryer. Additionally, from the living room you can enter the full bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom has a king size bed and medium size closet. You will have access to all the amenities including, board games, full kitchen equipment, laundry and off-street parking for 1 vehicle. Nearest bus stop to ski resorts is a 20 minute walk. Please note that there is no AC (just heating) but summer nights tend to be chilly. A fan is available if needed.Around 1.5 flights of stairs are required to get to the apartment. Note that this apartment is the Lockoff unit, there are some stairs that lead to the upper unit but it is locked off from both sides. Unit has its own entrance and no interaction with other guests is needed. Occasional noise from upstairs neighbors is expected but quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. You can reach out to me if there is noise during quite hours. Other-From November 1st to April 30th, on days with more than 3” snow accumulation, all vehicles must be removed from parking lot(s) from 9 AM to 12 PM to allow for proper plowing.
