Reviews are true, worst wifi. And even reception to use your our data is bad. Had to change hotels as I could not use the internet to do any work.

Good customer service, spa is good. Location is good, 20 minutes to the airport.

Facilities: Standard hotel facilities, clothesline available. Cleanliness: Cleaned daily, well-maintained! Environment: Not far from the city center, convenient with bus and subway access downstairs, and a nearby park with beautiful autumn scenery! Service: Abundant breakfast, especially the delicious bread! When we checked out, the receptionist was exchanging apples for fresh ones, giving each of us one and a bottle of water. Such thoughtful service, a big thumbs up! 👍

My son and I only stayed one night, but it was a very clean hotel, and the receptionist (Ms. Lee) was very nice and friendly. We slept very well, and the breakfast was the perfect finishing touch. There was a very large selection, and everything was delicious. The staff there were also very nice and friendly.

It is surrounded by communities and there are buses at the door. It is very convenient. The environment is quiet. The room is very clean. There are mineral water, coffee and tea bags, etc. The room size is okay and not very small.

We've been here twice already, everything is great as always. Unfortunately, the young lady at reception is sometimes in a good mood and sometimes in a bad mood. Otherwise, it's a comfortable hotel where we always like to come back.

Very unprofessional. I don't know why so many Chinese people choose this hotel. I paid for my breakfast when I booked on Ctrip. After arriving at the hotel, I was asked to pay for another 20 euro breakfast. When I left the hotel, I asked the front desk to send me the invoice by email, but I haven't received it yet.
