The lobby has high ceilings and they offer complimentary fruit and drinks. Environment: Excellent. The decor is new and stylish, very comfortable. I'm very satisfied. Service: Check-in was quick. The WiFi works well, though I initially got confused about the username and password – it's 'no' for username and 'wifi' for password, I thought I had to enter my name. Location: It's about 900 meters from the German DB train station. It’s not super close if you're hauling luggage, but it's significantly better than the hotels right near the train station. It's very comfortable and incredibly quiet. As soon as you step into the hotel, your mood instantly brightens."

"Location is great, a few minutes walk to düsseldorf hbf, and maybe 10 to 15 mins walk to the "Small Tokyo street". The staff from hotel is very nice with pleasant smile, english communication is definitely no problem. The only thing was the shower drain. I am not sure it's because of the drain design or something else, it didn't work well. The water wasn't flowing into the pipe, causing a pool of standing water in the shower area. I wore a disposable glove (luckily I had a pair in my bag 🎉) and managed to clear some hair out of the drain. This released a bad smell, so I guess it wasn't "fresh hair" 🙄. Anyhow, the drain seemed to work better later on. Considering the room rate, I will probably choose this hotel again.🙈"

"Stayed one night before an early flight. The hotel itself was a typical large slightly aging airport hotel. The room was very clean & of a good size. The biggest thing that let it down was the lack of air conditioning, normally we sleep a healthy sub 18 degrees at night but we were unable to get the room air conditioning any less than a hot 22 degrees without opening a window which on the 6th floor of an airport hotel was a non-starter with the noise. When printing this out at reception while checking out we were unhelpfully told they would get the maintainence department to have a look at it! So a sleepless night and early flight caused a miserable start to our vacation."
