"Family if 5 with 2A 3K. The hotel previously known as Puteri Resort. Smooth check in. Room are with 2 single bed (small size). Although the hotel name are Amverton, I've know it was Puteri Resort because used to give lecture here.
Rating: smooth check-in & check-out
Lobby - nice. Huge.
Rooms: Ok standard. But will know its a kind of an old hotel
Brakfast: quite OK with few variety of Malaysian food & western.
*been charged for two additional waterpark ticket which I feel, hotel shouldn't charge fee for it. ( 2 are already included with room). Its just feel like normal pool with kids slide. Thats all."
"They described the room with 30 m² space. With a refrigerator. When we first got our room, it was really small, with no fridge. Then we called the reception, they changed our room to the next door. The new room was spacious. However the fridge is not functioning at all. I think the bathroom could be cleaner, and they could provide extra towel for floor mat. It was more like a homestay rather than hotel. Breakfast was okay, because it was served by AMES hotel. Parking was okay."
"The location is indeed quiet because it's not near the main road. Parking was okay, maybe because it was Monday and Tuesday. The check-in process was smooth, but the service at the check-in counter was a bit lacking — the staff seemed reluctant to talk. When asked about the Hi Tea package, the staff couldn’t confirm whether it was available or not.
Then, upon entering the room, we immediately saw children's footprints on the bed sheet. Luckily, the housekeeping staff was still nearby, and when we informed him, he immediately replaced the sheet with a new one.
The shower is positioned directly above the bathtub, which makes it difficult for elderly people or those with leg/back pain to step into the tub to shower.
As for the Hi Tea package, you have to call the phone number listed in the Facebook promo directly. The Hi Tea set for two people was really good, and the service at the restaurant was excellent. As for breakfast, they had many choices and everything was delicious."
"I stayed at MITC Hotel for two days and one night. Its location is strategic, conveniently close to commercial centers and government offices. The room was clean and comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The price offered good value for the quality provided. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here."
"I recently stayed at the Mudzaffar Hotel in Melaka, and while the hotel offers a convenient location and decent amenities, there were a couple of issues that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the room had an unpleasant carpet odor that was hard to ignore. Additionally, the room did not have a fridge, which was a downside for those looking to store perishables or cool drinks.
These shortcomings aside, the hotel shows potential and could be a comfortable stay if these issues are addressed by the management."
"The first room we were assigned was truly awful. It only had a single bed, the power outlets were faulty, and the window wouldn't lock (the latch was broken off, no idea how). The air conditioning was leaking and dripping, and there was a really unpleasant odor. To top it off, the bathroom was filthy. It was only after my husband insisted on a room change that we got something better. The new room was much more spacious, the AC worked well, the power outlets were functional, and it even had a proper prayer area. However, the bathroom was still incredibly dirty. I really hope they can improve this for future guests."
