"Family if 5 with 2A 3K. The hotel previously known as Puteri Resort. Smooth check in. Room are with 2 single bed (small size). Although the hotel name are Amverton, I've know it was Puteri Resort because used to give lecture here. Rating: smooth check-in & check-out Lobby - nice. Huge. Rooms: Ok standard. But will know its a kind of an old hotel Brakfast: quite OK with few variety of Malaysian food & western. *been charged for two additional waterpark ticket which I feel, hotel shouldn't charge fee for it. ( 2 are already included with room). Its just feel like normal pool with kids slide. Thats all."

"Overall experience are good enough for my family. The check in process were smooth, the check out even smoother without hassle. The room are spacious and clean. The iron and iron board are provided for the room without needed to use the outside or take them from counter. The fasilities are good even have table tennis, badminton, dam haji and chess to play after pool time. Just need to ask the equipment at the counter anytime. The building has 2 level upstairs and we just use stairs. Not sure whether there is lift or not. Thank you HSM for the hospitality."

"Ames Hotel melaka was super comfortable, the bed size is big and I love the bathtub too. The only thing I think needed to improve was Gym , two treadmills were out of order at the same time The machine is quite old. The swimming pool there towel is finished . Hopefully next time can provide more towels so that we can use it after swimming. Overall this hotel is fantastic just some facilities could be improved."

"I recently stayed at the Mudzaffar Hotel in Melaka, and while the hotel offers a convenient location and decent amenities, there were a couple of issues that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the room had an unpleasant carpet odor that was hard to ignore. Additionally, the room did not have a fridge, which was a downside for those looking to store perishables or cool drinks. These shortcomings aside, the hotel shows potential and could be a comfortable stay if these issues are addressed by the management."

"Stayed 2 nights. Room is quite small. So is the bathroom, big size people will find it difficult to move. There is hot water but the water pressure is quite low.  Room was not cleaned the next day, no tower change, bed sheet was not changed.  Power socket was inadequate, if you have many equipments to charge at the same time."
