The island was amazing in so many ways. Food options are plenty, kids activities is top notch. We had a great time for a little staycation and would highly recommend. The only comment or recommendation I would give is to have as little market for all those snacks that we love and give the kids options to shop alone.

The food quality was really average for 5 stars hotel, I mean the raw material. Sea food was frozen, not fresh choice

It’s the worst hotel I’ve visited ever. Very unprofessional and a polite staff. The hotel is located far from Doha it’s in the middle of the sea. And there’s a bout to take you there which needs 30mint and the boat has a specific timing schedule to leave every hour up to 11 after 11 you will be out side no one will accept to drive you. There’s no supermarket or even a pharmacy in the island so if you need to buy anything you will need to take 30 mint boat. And be sure you reserve it in advance. It was a nightmare I was not feeling relaxed I feel I need to run and catch the boat and the hardest time for us was when we will checkout we’re I called then 1 night a head and I informed them about the timing of my departure and I confirm 9 Am bout. Unfortunately no one show up to take our luggages and I started the complain again with the stuff you feel they are unhappy and they don’t to work. Really I don’t advise anyone to visit this hotel.

It was a super hotel and service. I recommend it to everyone to witness the great experience.

One of the most beautiful island we've been. With amazing facilities, amenities and staff! ☺️

The hotel rooms and environment are really great. The breakfast is really rich, and the Mediterranean restaurant and Arabic restaurant for dinner are also very delicious. Welcome drinks are provided. Don't bring water with you when you go to the island. There is free water everywhere on the island, and there is so much water in the room that you can't finish it.

At this time there was quite a lot of either repair or construction work on the island. Cars were constantly driving around, busy in the process. Despite the fact that the paths are quite narrow, it was annoying, because you can’t walk calmly - you constantly have to look around, which is inconvenient, especially with a child. And the restaurants are not very clean, we understand that this is a Qatari issue. In order for the dishes to be removed from the table, you need to ask for it. There may be napkins, lids, crumbs, etc. lying around under the tables. Which, of course, does not correspond to 5 stars. BUT the hotel staff is very responsive, not all requests, perhaps due to them, a good impression of the hotel remains. The hotel itself, by the way, is not new, you need to be prepared for this. We would also like to thank the chef who prepared porridge and other dishes upon request for our daughter, which was important for us given the rather monotonous menu. By the way, about this. There is a feeling that the hotel is tailored for guests coming for 1-2-3 days, the food everywhere is very monotonous, breakfast is the same every day. Therefore, I would not recommend flying to this hotel for a long vacation. And for the weekend it's fine.

A pleasant ride. The hotel rooms are not new, but they are large in size, facing the sea, and have a balcony for drying clothes and smoking. The staff are very polite and enthusiastic, especially the kids club. The kid refused to leave after playing so much. I picked him up after 8:00 p.m., he was the only child, and the two staff members danced with me. I didn’t feel disgusted during the whole process. I also asked my baby what time to come back tomorrow, and I was really touched.

I got the guest's name wrong. I told him multiple times to change it but no response. I gave him the wrong room type.

The environment is beautiful, the room service can be improved, and the breakfast is OK.
