The location is in the ancient town. However, transport could not enter. So we had to drag our luggage around 8mins to the hotel. The room was unexpectedly spacious. The heating system in the room “saved” us from freezing. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Coincidentally joined them to celebrate the birthday of the owner😆

Clean rooms in the middle of the busy part of the old town. Very friendly service. The floor heating system gets activated between 8pm-6am which is sufficient and keeps the room warm until 9-10am. The beds come with heated blankets as well. The only thing I didn't appreciate so much was the dim light situation in the bathroom where the only mirror was. It was difficult to get in my contact lenses.

The place is amazingly located and the view for the room is one of the best in Shangri-la. The couple that runs the place is very nice and helpful even not speaking English. The map didn’t show the exact location but the owner came to get us. Totally recommend.

The boss is very nice, the store is clean and hygienic, I stayed there for two days alone and felt very good. You can also rent clothes, do makeup, and rent electric cars in the store. If you have any questions about travel-related expenses such as chartering a car, you can ask the boss, and he will answer your questions patiently.

The view outside the window is indeed beautiful, but it is close to the street, the sound insulation is poor, and it is very noisy. It is usually quiet after 12 o'clock. In addition, the facilities are generally ordinary, but the service is quite good.
