This time I booked the room for my parents. It was really convenient for them because they can go downstairs to the mall and grocery store. They also appreciated the washing machine and kitchen. Overall they were very happy with the space.

This was absolutely perfect for our family of three! With two rooms, two beds, and all the necessary amenities like a fridge, washing machine, and kitchenware, it was incredibly well-equipped. The value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it for families. I'll definitely be recommending it to friends and will choose to stay here again myself on our next trip.

Ambiance: Newly renovated with modern facilities – excellent. Facilities: The 'private kitchen' looked nice, but it was missing a refrigerator, pots and pans, and a washer-dryer combo. This didn't match the description at all, making the kitchen essentially just a decorative feature. Service: Upon checkout, I informed the staff that my room lacked a refrigerator and washing machine. Their explanation was that I had been given a room upgrade, which I was never told about beforehand. Should an 'upgrade' come with a reduction in promised amenities?

Ever since my first stay at Citadines Gaoxin Hongyue City Nanjing, it's become my go-to hotel whenever I visit Pukou. Its location offers convenient transportation and ample parking. With Hongyue City mall directly downstairs, dining and shopping options are incredibly convenient. The hotel provides excellent services and comprehensive facilities, including a washing machine, fridge, and microwave. The breakfast spread is also continuously improving, demonstrating consistent progress with every visit.

1. Upon check-in, we were asked for a 200 RMB security deposit upfront, which I found quite unreasonable. The room had a very strong renovation smell; we had to open all the windows to air it out immediately. We only felt comfortable staying in the room after being out for 5-6 hours. 2. The location is quite inconvenient. A taxi to popular attractions or Deji Plaza costs around 40-50 RMB. If you take the subway, you'll need to transfer two or three times, and the journey can take one to two hours – I experienced this firsthand. 3. During our four-day stay, getting a bottle of water was surprisingly difficult. Even though the complimentary water they provided was incredibly cheap (costing less than 1 RMB per bottle), and we were paying 400-500 RMB a night, we had to ask multiple times just to get a few bottles replenished. The front desk staff then informed us that refilling water bottles would come with an additional charge! 4. The kitchen provided only had a few basic utensils; there wasn't even any dish soap, let alone any seasonings. Do guests really have to buy all the cooking essentials like oil, salt, vinegar, and soy sauce just for a two-day stay?

Very nice stay in a a very confortable room

The place is good and clean but the toilet is abit small and hot water only can last 20min then have to wait for 50min to heat up again. It's quite inconvenient. Other than that all is good.

The location is not exactly convenient to reach the main spots of the city. Also they have little choice for western breakfast, so it can be improved.

The hotel is located on line 10 Honestly the experience was amazing. Room service was excellent and they provided so many things in the room, like ironing board, stove and a washing machine too. Breakfast is not for everyone though. I had no trouble eating the food and i found it nice but my companion had trouble eating because she was not used to Chinese food. However i was pleasently suprised when they changed the menu the next day, me and my companion both enjoyed the food. They also have a small gymn, if you want to keep your cardio up and do some bicep curls. Yoga mats are also available for use as well. There is a mall right next to the hotel and you can shop for various snacks and try out new restaurants nearby. The bed is so good, it promotes laziness.

Great location in terms of where we needed to go. About an hour train ride from either high speed railway . New building . Lobby is way at the top so elevators may take awhile to get to the bottom floor

The room was clean and had a lot of space. Overall it was a nice place to stay and was next to a mall where getting food and snacks was convenient.

My stay at Citadines Jiangbei Hotel was generally pleasant, though I experienced an elevator malfunction and was stuck for less than an hour. Thankfully, the hotel manager, Mr. John Sun, acted swiftly and professionally, ensuring the issue was resolved promptly. He was also very accommodating with my other needs, which made my stay more comfortable. Excellent service despite the hiccup!
