Beautiful place

A room in the mountains for 2 days. Lots of steps. The room is clean, the veranda has a great view of the sunset, but we were unlucky with the weather

The room is very good and I am very satisfied with it. The room arranged by the hotel is newly built, very new, and fully equipped. The bay facing the hotel beach is a famous snorkeling spot, with clear water and white sand, where you can snorkel and swim directly. (Note: The hotel does not have a swimming pool) There is a view point near the hotel where you can climb up and look out, and you can see the whole picture. There is a pier on the beach where you can take a walk and enjoy the view. Overall, I am very satisfied. For breakfast, it is relatively simple, but it is filling. It is still good. If I go there again next time, I will still choose this hotel. It is also convenient to travel. Just don't bring too much luggage, there are few hotels on flat land on the island, and it is quite tiring to move around.

According to the records, the room was renovated a few years ago, but you can still smell the paint after the renovation. The scenery is very beautiful. There is no need to sign up for a day trip to the private beach of this hotel. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the perfect snorkeling site, which is also very photogenic. There are only two Asians in the whole hotel, and the beach is full of Europeans and Americans. The service is not good. No one takes orders when eating in the restaurant. Two people are only given a pair of chopsticks and a fork, and they need to communicate in English throughout the process. Some of the restaurant staff seem to be Burmese. In addition, a special reminder: If you want to go back to Chumphon, you need to stay in Chumphon Town one night in advance, otherwise you will miss the flight the next day, and we will waste one night's hotel money. We tried to communicate with the hotel to fine half of it, but the hotel did not appreciate it at all. (Even in the peak season, they can resell it immediately. Another Canadian couple had the same experience) The hotel provides pier pick-up and drop-off service. The view from the room is very beautiful. From every beach I've been to, I really like it. When walking to the room, the path may be a bit scary. Overall, I'm very happy.

The room is clean. The staff are friendly, always greeting, good service, will come back again next time. Morning symptoms are delicious. In the picture is the view from the room. In the morning, the wind was very good. Sitting outside the room was relaxing. In the afternoon, the wind was calm. But it's good that there aren't any mosquitoes. The atmosphere is very good.

Idyllic location and on a good beach, the worst is the garbage on the beach and sea... with some improvements it could be a 10, the breakfast is good, something else! They pick you up at the port upon arrival and give you a 10

The location is, of course, magnificent. For a couple of days and evenings with their beautiful sunsets, you definitely won’t want to leave anywhere. Then you will probably need to take a proper swim. The beaches at the hotel are too shallow. At least that's what happened in April. And by noon the water was too warm and not refreshing. But on Freedom Beach, if you swim further from the shore, there are a lot of fish and corals. Although, I also met a huge parrot fish and a small shark in the shallows. However, keep in mind that to the normal depth you have to swim 150 meters above the cucumbers and hedgehogs, which is a little tiring. If you're looking for a snorkeling paradise, I recommend heading to Au Leuk Beach. This is where marine abundance begins almost from the shore. Moreover, to the right and left of the beach. And in the middle there is an excellent swimming area, with good depth and the color of the water is cooler than at Nissi Beach in Cyprus. As for the hotel itself, the bungalows are cozy and clean. No frills, but everything is laconic and modern. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts and cuisine in the restaurants. The price of the hotel is small, but we did not regret the money spent. We spent a long time choosing a place on Koh Tao and were not mistaken. The staff is friendly and smiling. Even the already legendary chief administrator, famous for her cool disposition, greeted and saw us off cordially. It depends on your luck, apparently. One of the minuses that is worth mentioning is garbage on the hotel grounds, between stones and in other hard-to-reach and other places. Plus the shower at Freedom Beach did not work. But the local beauties cover even this. The sunset at Freedom Beach is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen in my life.
