"I booked a four-night stay in this hotel. Because the rooms assigned for the first, second and third nights were not air-conditioned and the bed was too soft, which caused me backache and back pain, I had to change rooms. So yesterday I went to the front room to change rooms. This time The front desk lady named Kenda was very attentive and understood my problem. She specially arranged for me to stay in 1101 and hoped that I would be satisfied. She knows how to listen carefully to my problems and solve them, which is worthy of praise."

The service staff were very warm and polite, and the problem was solved immediately.
The room was clean and dust-free. You can sleep with confidence.
Overall worth the price.
The room is old. The facilities are very old.
Next to the roadside, the car passing by is very loud. However, there are fewer cars at night, which does not affect sleep.
It's five floors but there's no elevator.
The pillows are already balled, but very clean."
