"The location is great, and the hotel is clean. However, we were not informed that construction would start at 5 AM right outside our window. It was impossible to sleep, and there were many unhappy guests. The only thing they did was waive the $20 parking fee. They claimed the information was on their website, but we didn't book through the website, nor could we find any construction info there. Even if it was, guests should be notified upon check-in. We only stayed one night, but some people were staying for a week! At the restaurant, we were initially not allowed to eat breakfast at a table after breakfast hours. We had ordered our food and were sent to the lounge area, where eating and drinking are prohibited. There were still people eating in the dining hall, and tables were available. After three requests, they finally allowed us to eat at a table. Overall, if you take the construction out of the equation, the hotel is decent, but not this time."

"Excellent service, but every time I stayed there (three times) I was double charged. I was charged by Trip.com for the nightly rate, and I was charged again by the hotel on my card that I used for deposit/incidentals. I called the hotel about issuing the refunds, and they acknowledged the double-charging, but I am still waiting for Accounting to issue me the refunds. Advice: check your bank/credit card statement after you check out."
