"I was never in a Virgin Hotel before. But this was a good experience. Hotel is close to Dallas design district where most of famous furniture’ brands have their show rooms. Rooms are clean , quite. and with an impactive design. The reception staff is very kind and professional. The restaurant at ground floor offers a very limited and very america menu: hamburgers ,french fries and staff like this. Nothing special but at least they serve you food till 23,"

"This was the perfect stop for a long layover! I was able to shower (twice), get some good rest, and watch some late night tv. They also had food available both sides of my stay, but I opted for extra sleep. The transportation was very efficient and the drivers were so kind. All of the staff were friendly and helpful!"

"Old "tired" hotel. Absolutely discomfortable. The refrigerator works so noisy as the Boeing engine on the takeoff, had to just shut it off for the night. The bathroom door twisted like a cowboy's ribbon. I have written off more than $400 from my card and have not yet sent Invois for what exactly "services" have stolen money from my card. I do not advise anyone this hotel. There are many modern, better-quality hotels in Dallas that do not write off money from customers for unprovided services!"

"This hotel is not worth the price. I called to ask if the swimming pool is heated, and the hotel replied that it is. But it turned out not to be. I booked this hotel with my kids just for the swimming pool. The paid breakfast is not as rich as the breakfast of a normal Holiday Inn. The room is also very small, and the hotel has no other facilities."

I will definitely choose to stay at Hyatt House again the next time I visit Dallas."
