GGuest UserThis is a really unique, eclectic hotel! SERVICE WAS AMAZING! Especially in the bar area and restaurant. The food was sooooo good, too. We ate off the lunch and breakfast menu and it was to die for. We had drinks on the rooftop, and that too was spectacular with friendly service and a great view. The rooftop pool area was really nice with fire pit and plenty of lounge seating inside and outside. It was a really fun atmosphere. Our room was HUGE and also had a great view - it was a corner room. Very comfortable. We had a great stay. Also in walking distance of other bars and restaurants. Parking was plentiful and free. I would definitely recommend it.

PPinganjiankangxilewuyouA very satisfying stay experience! The large glass floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view, and the rooms are on high floors. If there is a disadvantage, it is a little bit not soundproof! Maybe it's because of the glass curtain wall!

GGuest UserDallas, I chose this Sheraton, the hotel is very good in all aspects, the service is warm, the breakfast is rich and varied, the facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, if the room window can be wiped clean, it is more perfect, living on the 36th floor can have a good view to watch the downtown scenery, Unfortunately, it was blurry because of the window.

MMuriel HeslingYoung girl with a very friendly welcome. On the other hand, we had a disabled room even though there was no reason for it. During the terrible night, we hear all the noises because they resonate so much. Also, around 3 a.m., a neighbor came into the next room and was moaning, vomiting and left the water running for hours... I was really not at peace. A pass hotel wouldn’t have been worse…

RRiverChen0510The hotel lobby was clean and big, with nice staff and good smells. Bathroom smelled like chemicals. Our room was way too small, you could barely fit 3 suitcases in there. The baggage cart also didn't fit into the room which was weird. Overall, an OK hotel.

LLIJUNThe breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, just join in. They have an airport shuttle bus to Dallas love field airport, from 6 am to 10 pm. Others are ok, the hotel is quite satisfactory.

GGuest UserRoom had a wobbly dilapidated iron board, tub had a rusty bath plug. under the bathroom sink was a lot of dust. Rang up the front desk to ask about getting a dental kit and was told it would be brought up. Waited for 30 mins and then went down to get it myself. Asked for a shoe polish kit and was told by the reception that it was not a practice at Hilton (rather rudely). I was warned about this hotel and I am glad that I cancelled my third day of booking and stayed elsewhere.

GGuest UserThe hotel was wonderful… The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the bar was vibrant and the rooms are spacious. You can’t beat the location of this place. It’s literally a five minute Uber ride to any major point. Such as the Kennedy assassination or Terry Blacks for some great barbecue, or if you’re in town for a convention to the convention center. we used Uber to get around if not, we use the electric scooters . Never needed to rent a car because a Uber ride from the airport will run you around $50. The hotel is in a great location. Funny of dining options, one of our favorite places to stay. Here are some photos of the lobby and views from our room.

KKansasizhouliyouExcellent location. Great value for money, even better than what I typically find back home. The breakfast was good, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were friendly. Overall, fantastic! My only wish is for individually adjustable air conditioning.
