Best Dallas Hotels

"I recently stayed here for a few days, while working remotely in Dallas with my significant other. By the time we left, we both said how it was the best hotel we had ever been at. To begin with, the staff are friendly and knowledgable, but allowed to be uniquely themselves, and not the 'robotic' default some other chains demand their staff be. The hotel itself is stunning and elegant from a design standpoint, but all while not feeling stuffy. It feels more like a Wes Anderson film, than it does your grandparents' country club -- and I love that. This neighborhood is also going through such a renaissance and provides cool shops and restaurants that are never far away. And finally, the hotel rooms, dining options, and even mini bar all offer top of the line comfort, quality, and uniqueness that cannot be replicated. If you can't tell -- I will be returning, and I cannot recommend it enough."

"Looking at Ctrip's online reviews, I booked a room for two nights. The first impression when I came to the hotel was very good. The waiter at the door was divided into two parts. The service was very professional and enthusiastic. The waiter entered the room and put it in the room. The facilities of the hotel are introduced carefully. It is very warm. The hotel has seven restaurants. We had an American dinner at the hotel that night. The quality of the service and dishes was perfect. The Japanese food at noon the next day was also very exquisite. There are also many surrounding attractions. It is also very convenient. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Dallas. I highly recommend it to everyone."

"Two families traveling together (2 adults, 4 kids-ages 9, 10, 11 & 13) for a staycation during the week. The beach rental flooded, so we headed to north Texas instead. Art in the hotel was amazing. Snuck in a history lesson during summer vacation. Food in restaurants was above average with above average prices as well. Restrooms were extremely clean. Rooms were only serviced for 2+ days stay. Only serviced one time between Tues-Fri. You pay the price for convenience but you could check in and never leave the hotel. Water park was open 10-7. Spa was not open yet, a little disappointing. Customer service was top notch. "

"I thoroughly enjoy my stay when at the Marriott downtown. I would wish the valet parking service could be swifter as I had to wait about 20 minutes for my car to arrive even after calling for it to be pulled before checking out of the hotel. Other than this, my stay was as good as it has been in the past "

"Just OK. Staff was OK. Not much near there. Pool is small, around the pool is nice. Seems to a locals hangout on the weekends, bar was packed Th/Fr/Sat. Buffet is not very good. Tried to order room service, said they’d connect me, no one answered. Said they’d have them call me, no one called. Kept trying never was able to connect to room service. Staff was nice, but over whelmed."

"The hotel is integrated with many shopping malls. It is very convenient to eat and shop. The hotel has its own facilities. There is only an outdoor swimming pool. The hotel often has meetings and activities, so the price is high, the facilities in the room are OK, but the cleaning and service There is still a gap compared to the five stars."

"The room is very big and feels like home. There is a room ter every afternoon. I couldn't help but ask for a few more soufflé cookies. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday nights, the service is very good and there is a very nice lady who has worked here for 33 years. I like this hotel very much, except the side is very deserted."
