Wushuang Villa Oriental Seaview Resort (Dali Erhai) Reviews

We rarely leave reviews but our stay at Wu Shuang has been 10 stars! We were greeted warmly at arrival and taken to our lovely rooms, the view was breathtaking and everything was extremely clean. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful, we even received fruits and desserts everyday after coming home from a long day out. We will definitely come back to stay again if we visit Dali again. Thank you everyone at Wu Shuang for looking after us and making our stay so memorable😊😊

We very much enjoyed staying here. The entire hotel has a great design, the rooms are well equipped and the view is amazing. The breakfast was also delicious. The whole team was very welcoming and they made sure that we had a pleasant stay. They put a lot of thought into details. Also language barrier was not problem and we found ways to communicate. Thank you for everything!

Great location, amazing view and excellent service. I have travelled here with family and we have been very well taken care by the hotel staff, we really feel like home and were reluctant to move to our next destination. The hotel environment is very good, the service is first-class, before departure, the staff contacted to pick us up at the airport, and when we arrived, they upgraded our room for free. The overall development of Haidong is not as good as Haixi, but the scenery is very beautiful. Hygiene: The hygiene is very good, clean and refreshing, very comfortable. Environment: When you open the curtains, you can see Cangshan and Erhai Lake. The scenery is very beautiful. The hotel facilities are very good, the entertainment projects are rich, and the swimming pool is very beautiful, but we came in the wrong season and did not experience it. Service: The service must be praised. It is so considerate and meticulous. I spent my anniversary with my girlfriend. She helped to upgrade the room type for free and gave me red wine. I encountered something unpleasant in Dali, and the front desk lady also helped to actively solve the check-in experience. It was very good and highly recommended.

The environment is very good. The Sanyang room we stayed in is huge, with two large floor-to-ceiling windows and a bathtub overlooking Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain. It is absolutely worth the money and is very suitable for lying in the hotel to bask in the sun and drink afternoon tea. All the service staff are very considerate and enthusiastic. In the evening, there is also tea brewing around the stove. The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy!

I like the hotel's warm, thoughtful and meticulous service 👍, it must be recommended!
