"The environment did not say that there is even a home costco (member card and domestic general) across the road. Breakfast was a mess, except for cakes and sweet to over-baked biscuits, coffee and hot water is a highlight. This hotel (absolutely not a hotel) is equipped with a kitchen and is self-service type, which is used by locals as hotel apartments. The room is cleaned once a week, and everything else has to go to the front desk (pan, coffee machine, towels, etc.). There are no slippers. In addition to the large one and two small pieces of soap in the initial state, one small bottle of used shampoo and several plastic disposable cups."
"Great location next to the freeway
The room was very clean
The hallway on the second Floor smelled of ******** the whole time we were there. We addressed at the front desk and they said they would have security look into it. We never heard anything back nor did the smell go away.
We were told that the pool was heated and it was not and it was freezing, and we were not able to go in
We originally had booked for only two nights and ended up staying for five nights because of the location and the fact that we didn’t have to move our luggage elsewhere, but it would’ve been very nice. Had the breakfast been better than what was offered and every time we went down, it appeared to be closed, even though it was before 10 o’clock.
Staff were extremely friendly and nice
Just disappointed that it wasn’t a nice warm heated pool to use and a better breakfast"
"This hotel is very remote, with very simple facilities, and the price does not match at all. I don't know if Ctrip overcharged it or why! Two rooms are worth more than 3,000 yuan, which is the level of a domestic hotel of 300-500 yuan"

"We only stayed one night, but the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like was to be told that I was being charged $10 for parking upon checking out. I was never informed during Trip.com's booking, nor during check-in. The front desk attendant did negate the charge, but seemed to do so with hesitance and a look of ”I'm doing a huge favor for you”. She was not openly rude, but it was apparent that my complaint was not well received. I would wholly prefer that this fee is simply included in the cost of the room. As well, the parking in the compact car parking was certainly that - compact! I was driving a 2022 Genesis (a compact car) and the spaces are a bit cramped (yes, other compact vehicles were beside me)."

AAinthatdeeI always enjoy my stay at this hotel. It’s very clean. The staffs are amazing and very attentive. I booked the room that time because I wanted to do something nice for my girlfriend and she actually loved this day as well as the decorations that I put up . They also have remodeled so the rooms are updated. Very nice and feels comfortable. . This is the only hotel that I stay in when I’m in the area I highly recommend.
CC.F.Very convenient location close to Sunvalley shopping mall, grocery stores (two Safeways), family entertainment like Six Flags Hurricane Water Park. Also saw the 4th of July parade in downtown Pleasant Hill. My only complaint is the hotel’s parking lot was re-paved for two days when we stayed. there were limited and no parking spaces on the premises so we had to park quite far from the hotel and walk back with luggage and groceries. We were charged US$10 per day to use the hotels parking lot but I felt we shouldn’t have been charged the two days we could not park our car at the hotel’s parking lot due to it being under construction and road was re-paved.
PPaul KhooThe experience of our was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the attentive staff ensured a seamless and pleasant process. The ambiance was inviting, and every detail seemed carefully curated to enhance the customer's experience. Their commitment to excellence was evident in every interaction. I'm genuinely impressed and will undoubtedly be returning soon. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking top-notch service and a memorable experience.
AAnonymous UserRecommended:
1. The layout of the room is reasonable and the space is good.
2. Although the sanitation is not perfect, it can meet the standard.
3. Large TV, refrigerator, and microwave oven (you need to ask the front desk for it)
4. The gym is good.
Need to improve:
1. One or two of them have a mediocre attitude and need to strengthen management.
2. The sound insulation is average, and it is very noisy every morning.
3. The supply of daily necessities is slow.
4. The water and food sold by the hotel are more expensive.
5. It said that there is free breakfast, but they charged me when I went.
GGuest UserThe first two nights were difficult because the people next door were yelling and screaming at 1 a.m. I could hear every word. After they left everything was quiet and very pleasant. New washer and dryer in the lobby. Important suggestion: Bars are needed in the bathtub. I was afraid I'd slip. Plenty of elderly staying there. We'd stay there again.
GGuest UserOverall the room is clean, and it’s quiet even it’s by the free way. The day time front desk service is not friendly but I don’t mind as long as I can be able to get my room pass. The night shift front desk crew is more friendly thought.
GGuest UserUnder the high-speed bridge, the surrounding environment is a bit deserted and desolate, the room is a bit noisy, the facilities are good, the staff is more complicated, most of them are the surrounding construction workers and Indian Asan, playing music outside the door, chatting, etc., some noisy and a little scared, after all, still worried about safety, I chatted with them a few words, I feel relatively simple, I feel relieved, breakfast is the same hotel, it is not bad, parking is convenient.
LLangeI've stayed here in the past and I Must say, It has IMPROVED. The employees are much more Customer service oriented. It's definitely Cleaner. That's not only important, but impressive as well. The clientele all together seems to be of greater status, if that makes sense. All combined, makes for an enjoyable stay . Good Job on deserving another star
GGuest UserEverything was about right, except the breakfast. The Clariion offered a variety of cereals, but no milk.for the cereal. The vast majority of cereal eaters add milk to this dish. Something minor and possibly a personal sensitivity is that a hotel was once traditionally supposed to be a home away from home and guest were to be welcomed as hosts would wanted guests. In my several contacts with the front desk, I was treated properly and competently but not welcomed, not with a smile and wishes that I enjoy the hotel. Doing what I'm suggesting wouldn't cost the Clarion anything, but it would likely make your guests more likely to return.
