"The hotel is relatively new, but its location is a bit remote, with no other dining options nearby. The hotel environment itself was clean and hygienic. However, we encountered numerous issues with the hotel's facilities. For instance, the bathroom light was broken, and the air conditioning was especially troublesome. Within less than 24 hours of checking in, the AC required three repairs. It constantly switched between cold and hot air, waking me up in the middle of the night from the heat. Another time, water leaked directly from the AC vent, soaking the floor and almost causing me to slip. Moreover, every time the AC turned on or off, it made a very loud noise, like a small explosion, which was quite startling. This even caused delays to our planned visit to the Dong village the next day. While staff were promptly sent to address the issues, the constant repairs directly impacted our rest and travel plans. This points to issues with the hotel's property management, specifically a failure to properly inspect room facilities and equipment after cleaning, which led to a very poor guest experience."

"The B&B is in a fantastic location, with views of the rice terraces and sunrise from the room. Picture one was taken from the first-floor restaurant, enjoying the view while dining. Picture two was taken from the room itself, and the decor is so comfortable. It's right next to Rice Terrace No. 5 and very close to the cafe, making it feel like you're right next to the most beautiful rice terraces. For sunrise, it's just a ten-minute walk along the path outside the B&B to Observation Deck No. 6, which is incredibly convenient. The B&B owner and his family are very friendly and welcoming. The food is also delicious. We ate all three meals at the B&B, and they were all delicious. The fish and chicken were both fresh and delicious. I immediately recommended this to my friends after returning. I'll definitely go back to see the rice terraces year-round. I'll definitely stay here again."

"This time I came on a business trip and thought that the hotels around the scenic spot were very expensive during the summer vacation season. I didn’t expect this store to be very cost-effective. The newly opened hotel is very high-end, but the price is very close to the people. I feel that I have earned it, especially the front desk has basically everything. I didn’t bring anything when I went out temporarily. I tried to ask if there is any makeup remover or skin care, there is actually a free supply, I asked if there is a curling stick, too unexpected, it is really good"

"The hotel is located in a road house, and the parking lot is in an underground garage. It is estimated that due to the geographical reasons of Congjiang River, female drivers should consider entering the underground garage to take the technical test. The road in is very narrow, so be careful if you are a large SUV, and then there is a sharp 45° downhill slope. Go downhill for about 10 meters and turn right at a 90° angle. There is a lot of dust and a lot of scrapped cars parked. You have to call the front desk to get in and out. Fortunately, there is an elevator in the garage to get to the hotel."

"The location is very good. There is a bus stop at the door. It is very convenient to take bus No. 5 from the high-speed rail station. There are also many shops around. The front desk clerk was very friendly, but there was a musty smell in the room, probably because the carpet was not cleaned properly. There were no hangers in the room, but everything else was ok."

"This was the best stay I've ever had anywhere in the world! Views: The views from this guesthouse and our room were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the rice terraces, mountains, and morning mist felt like a dream. The scenery alone makes this place unforgettable. Service: The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. They carried all three of our suitcases, including two large ones, both when we checked in and when we checked out. They were also always happy to answer any questions we had. A special mention goes to the owner and staff for making our honeymoon even more memorable. They surprised us with beautiful flowers, fresh fruit, and a thoughtful handwritten note. It was such a lovely gesture that touched us. Amenities: We were upgraded to a larger room, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, spotless, and featured a bathtub as well as a separate bathroom with a shower, bidet, and L’Occitane toiletries. Complimentary coffee, tea, and other drinks were also available, and I especially enjoyed the coconut lattes. Breakfast: Breakfast was included and was delicious. Enjoying a wonderful meal while overlooking the stunning landscape made each morning extra special. Dinner: We also had dinner at the guesthouse. While it is charged separately, the food was tasty and very reasonably priced. Compliments to the chef! Since there are very few dining options nearby, I would highly recommend eating here during your stay. All in all, it was an amazing stay. I highly recommend it!"

"Stayed for two nights. The air conditioner didn't work and it was very cold. I asked the front desk if I could add a quilt, but there was no spare one. The hair dryer also didn't work. "The hotel lobby is spacious with plenty of tables and chairs, and there's self-service tea. Check-in is quick; just a facial recognition scan. The rooms are well-equipped, with a small speaker for playing music. The soundproofing is good. The rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable, and hygienic. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, which is a nice touch. I booked a twin room without a refrigerator, but the front desk upgraded us. The service was excellent; items were delivered quickly by a robot. Parking is free, but the parking lot is a bit small and spaces are limited. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's very convenient for getting around. The front desk even helped us store our luggage, which was very thoughtful."
