Wifi was available for free. Self check out was simple."

"The room was arranged on the first floor, facing the road. There were two emergency exits hidden behind the curtains, and one of the doors was not closed. The soundproofing was very poor, and I could hear people chatting and traffic outside at night. This was the worst hotel to stay in when traveling in Europe. It felt like I was living on the side of a main road."

"A quick weekday lunch at the bistro: friendly and knowledgeable staff explained the menu and helped us choose. Everything was delicious and worth trying."

"The service is disgusting. We arrived at 3:30, the room was not ready, we waited another 40 minutes to check in. We had a birthday, a month before arrival we contacted the hotel and asked to prepare balloons and a cake with a candle. The day before they reminded us again. In the end, on the day itself, they said that there would be no balloons, but they would bring a cake in the evening, then they said that there would be no cake, they would bring a birthday cake with a candle. In the end, they brought a small tartlet with berries without a candle and without balloons. I do not recommend the hotel for your birthday. In addition, we paid 54 euros for parking for three nights! I do not understand how a 4-star hotel can charge for parking. Despite the fact that on the day of check-in they said that parking was free - incompetent employees. There is free parking nearby. Without a car - you should not stay in this hotel, too far from all the attractions."

Special mention to Maria on reception and Wendel ( i hope ive spelled it properly) who took us on our lake cruise, they were both fantastic and happily catered to all our needs. We return to Ireland knowing that we will definitely return here in the future. Don't think twice book it. ❤️"

Plus, there's a big supermarket right outside the hotel, which makes it great value for money. It was also very convenient for attending a wedding in Argegno, Lake Como."

"The apartment has a great location, close to the train station and pier, and many restaurants nearby. However, there was no washing machine, nor a place to hang wet towels and clothes. We stayed for four days and only received two bath towels, a foot mat, and a few small towels. The bath towels and foot mat got wet and could only be left in the bathroom, where they couldn't dry at all! It was extremely unhygienic to reuse them! The person who contacted me said someone would come to clean in three days, but no one came, so the towels weren't changed, and the trash wasn't taken out! There were also no replacement trash bags in the room!"
