There is nothing bad I can say about our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent everything you want is within a short walking distance. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the staff on reception went above and beyond to help me out with a boat trip I had booked through someone else, which was cancelled at the last minute. They tried very hard and succeeded in arranging another trip at very short notice, which meant so much to me as it was one of the highlights of the trip. Our room was at the back but still with nice views, the room itself was lovely with a very nice bathroom and huge walk in shower. There was everything you would want at breakfast, even a glass of prosecco if you wished. I usually went for smoked salmon and scrambled eggs but there was lots more to choose from, bacon, mushrooms, hams, cheeses, fruit, pastries, cereal, yoghurts ect and to top it off the room itself was beautiful and overlooked the lake. We ate in the restaurant on the first day and had an excellent meal, again with very helpful friendly staff. At the front of the hotel there is a terrace area where you can sit and enjoy drinks and snacks, a lovely area to enjoy pre dinner cocktails. I would highly recommend this hotel and Lake Como.

We spent one evening at the Sheraton because our other hotel was full. This is a pleasant four-star hotel, they were many people because it was August and the pool area was completely full during the day. Our room was clean and we were upgraded to a terrace room. The hotel is not located directly by the lake, you will have to cross the road and a small village in order to access. I did not have the occasion to try food at the Sheraton because it was too short but it looked wonderfully adequate.
Once again for a four star resort everything was on point and the price was very acceptable for high season at Lake COmo. Hotel parking is €15 and night however there are plenty of free overnight street parking.

Good location at Como doesn’t mean the lake view. Be very careful when ordering the room. French bed doesn’t mean double room. Make screen shot of your booking otherwise you can face some cheap discussion about the booking. Staff at reception was only part fulfilling our expectations. All were professionals and nice but rules defined by management and IT system. couldn’t have influenced. Room, even upgraded one for additional cost was average. There was no sun window blind one window out of two. Parking outside is very limited. Breakfast less than average compared to other 4star hotels in Italy where gastronomy is pure pleasure. And the pool…don’t waste your time…full of mold, we just visited, not even tried to get in. And pool towels, there were on reception so do not forget to take them if you want just take sun-bed on the roof. Otherwise you go back from the 5th floor to take them just because it was so difficult to have them upstairs on the pool. But additional cost you can be sure about at every single area/service provided. Thanks got we stayed one night only.

Our fourth time staying at The Seven Park Hotel, and unfortunately will probably be our last. We come here for our wedding anniversary and travel from the UK for an adult only break, with beautiful views and peace. The views are still beautiful but the peace and quiet is gone. The hotel advertises as adults only but is not. Every day from 10am til 6pm the pool and garden area is full of children and families. Children and babies enjoying themselves and making lots of noise. Which is lovely and I’m not against children, but we paid our money to come to an adults only hotel! The only part of this hotel that is adults only was our room! Seven Park Hotel you need to inform people before they book about this situation! The price for this hotel is too much for this. Still lots of good about the hotel. The views are stunning, breakfast is good and all staff were lovely, especially Deborah on reception and all the housekeeping staff. But unfortunately Seven Park I’m not sure we will book again.

SStephanieCheck in was easy and seamless. You get your personal code to access the room. I was in an 8-bed mixed dorm. Great vibes all round. Everyone was very friendly. Oh and a complimentary welcome drink too. There's a 24hour supermarket right next door which wsas very handy to have for late arrivals.
Bathroom was clean and easy. plenty of space for storage despite being in a 8-bed room. highly recommended.

GGuest UserThis hotel was assigned as part of a package with a river cruise company, so I did not choose it myself. One of this property's strongest assets is its location. It sits behind Piazza Cavour, which is right on the waterfront promenade of Como. You really cannot get a better location, as it's walking distance to all the popular spots in Como. Our tour company paid for the Lake View Double Rooms, which gave us enviable views over the square and the lake. We even had a lovely semi-private terrace to sit out there and enjoy the views. Others in our group did not have a terrace, and were disappointed. Our room had two twin beds which were fairly comfortable, and the room was a decent size. The furniture and decor are all belonging to the 70s-80s era, and are in need of an update. The bathroom had so many problems. The sink didn't have enough shelf space / storage, and there are never enough towels. There was barely enough legroom between the toilet and the bidet placed directly in front of it. It just took up needed space. I absolutely detest the kind of shower/tub combo that was in this bathroom. The narrow bathtub with tall walls is extremely dangerous, as you cannot safely turn around in it while showering. Then add the ridiculous half-piece-of-glass that allows water to get all over the floor, and you have a huge safety situation when trying to step out of the shower onto a wet floor. In fact, a member of our tour group fell in the shower and ended up in the hospital. Afterward, we were offered rubber tub mats for traction - but at a minimum, those should be provisioned in every bathroom by default. More ideally, a walk in shower should be installed. There are only 2 elevators, and both are miniscule. So expect a wait, or take the stairs. The breakfast room got crowded with all the tour groups there, and the available items were mediocre. There was no self-service coffee/latte machine like so many other hotels in Europe have, which was a disappointment. Overall, this hotel has many good and bad features. If you care more about the location, this may be a good choice. But if you care more about quality of the accommodation, then you may want to look elsewhere.

GGuest UserStayed here for 2 nights, for the price the room is great, comfortable bed, spacious and clean. Bathroom is fine, the shower is quite small so bear this in mind. Breakfast was great, lots of sweet options like pastries, tarts etc. Location was 5 minutes or less from the train station so very convenient and 5-10 mins from the ticket place to get the ferry to Bellagio. Overall the hotel was perfect for what wanted and great value for the price.

GGuest UserMy second stay here having stayed in 2018 but wow how Como has changed! It is indeed very touristy now. I asked for the same room as I had last time but after a second night or poor nights sleep from the loud music on the square and the rubbish bottle bins being collected during the night it became unbearable. I was moved to the loft room which was far better however, there was a strong “drain smell” in the rooms, I wished I had brought my pillow spray! The receptionist desk was often unmanned and at times I felt I was treated more like a nuisance than a guest. Given the reception is not manned during the night you just have a spy hole on the doors of the bedrooms for the comfort of travellers, especially solo ones. The staff were usually quite kind and it was great to see a few familiar faces from my last visit. This hotel was amazing last time however standards seemed to have dropped. The luggage storage area didn’t seem particularly safe just a cupboard off the kitchen where I could go and collect my bag without anyone challenging me on where I was going and what I was doing. The area outside was costly for breakfast which I enjoyed and to have drinks in the evening.

GGuest UserThis hotel is well located (although initially difficult to find), being only a short walk away from the centre of Como. The rooms are small but perfectly fine if you’re doing a little break at the lake. Breakfast is simple but does the job. The room that we stayed in was right on the main road, had an air conditioning control which didn’t work meaning we were left with either leaving the windows open to stay cool, but hear all of the traffic in the main road next to the room, or shut them, be hot and have it more quiet. Staff are helpful and will look after bags etc on your final day. Only actual main complaint came right at the end of our stay where one of the staff members got overly annoyed that we didn’t have cash to pay for 2 bottles of water, despite paying everything else on card. He raised his voice at us, we were happy to pay or figure it out but he was almost too angry to work it out. I would recommend staying here, just make sure you’ve got cash for water!
