The location is great - 3 minute walk from the Como Lago train station, and walking distance to the lakefront. Lots of nearby restaurants. Stefano is easy to communicate with, was always available and provided great service. The bathroom was huge!

Plenty of space . Great location next to the Duomo Como and walking distance to key locations in Como. Recommend for couples seeking a unique room at a reasonable price

Great stay at this hotel. The rooms were well sized, clean and well equipped. We had direct garden access and a great view. What really set apart this hotel and made the stay very enjoyable was the staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and was always there to help when we needed them. 10/10 service! Make sure to try the breakfast with the amazing views too!

也是抱着忐忑的心情在外網比對了一圈後選擇了科莫鎮的這家villa，想不到超預期的好！性價比也非常合理，我訂的大約是1700多人民幣。 首先説到的酒店在山坡上，是的，整個科莫湖都是起起伏伏，如果開車前往，酒店有自己的車庫和密碼鎖，從地庫也可以電梯前往前台和客房，不需要搬行李的！停車費用大概是35歐/天。 房間温馨也很新，乾濕分離浴室很大，房間臨泳池但是不潮濕，備品也都很乾凈。 服務的人員不多，但是有求必應而且超級nice，英語也很不錯，會提前郵件溝通！早餐是前一天點單的，東西不多但很精緻。

My stay at The Vitrum was superb. The location is excellent, the room was large and wonderfully charming. The bathroom steam is amazing / we used it daily after long walks exploring and shopping in Como. I will definitely stay there next year when I visit the most beautiful Lake Como
