My stay at The Vitrum was superb. The location is excellent, the room was large and wonderfully charming. The bathroom steam is amazing / we used it daily after long walks exploring and shopping in Como. I will definitely stay there next year when I visit the most beautiful Lake Como

Guest UserGreat stay at this hotel. The rooms were well sized, clean and well equipped. We had direct garden access and a great view. What really set apart this hotel and made the stay very enjoyable was the staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and was always there to help when we needed them. 10/10 service! Make sure to try the breakfast with the amazing views too!

The next day I stayed, I changed the new room, this room is also very good, that is, there is no towel rod on the side of the sink, which is a bit inconvenient. In addition, although the breakfast is exquisite, it does not change the way. If you live for a lot of days, it will be boring.

LilisisiFacilities: Fully equipped.
Cleanliness: Meticulously maintained.
Environment: Close to main transportation.
Service: Attentive and thoughtful.
This is an excellent choice for friends who need to drive, as it's located near the main road. I thought it would be very noisy, but the soundproofing is excellent.

The room is very beautiful, beautiful bathroom with shower in Italian and bathrooms. Near comfort and near the lake and boarding place of the ferry. However, the view of the lake from the rooms is anecdotic. But the rest is getting it.

On the edge of Lake Como, it is convenient to play. There is no front desk, and you need to call to check in, which is a bit troublesome. The room is decorated in retro but fully equipped. There is no cleaning in the middle.

Guest UserI couldn't receive the entry password email before I checked in, and another American couple had the same situation. The email was not answered, and someone answered the phone several times. In the end, I had to wait until the cleaning sister came and asked her to call the internal phone before I received the door password. Bring inconvenience. The location is very convenient, there is a supermarket downstairs, there is a cable car within 10 minutes walk, and the cruise terminal and train branch terminal.

The location is really good and the boss is friendly.
Basically, water, tea, coffee, towels and soap are ready, but you have to bring shampoo and other shower supplies!
There is a restaurant under the hostel and very close to the lake!
