"My stay at Fave Hotel Premier Cihampelas was very enjoyable. The location is great, close to everything like the train station, food stalls, and especially CiWalk. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect for a holiday.
Just a suggestion: my special requests made through Trip.com should really be considered by the management. Because yesterday, during check-in, the room I requested via Trip.com was not given to me. My husband had to ask for it to be re-checked to ensure we got our requested room with a window and a non-smoking room.
Overall, I'm happy with my stay at Fave Hotel Premier. Thank you."
