Hotels with Breakfast in Coblong

The service here is truly top-notch. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, I was most impressed by how genuinely friendly, kind, and always smiling all the staff members were. I really hope they keep up the excellent work! The breakfast menu was quite varied and everything tasted delicious. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive; there are activities for kids, a swimming pool, and a gym (though not very spacious). Plus, the location is strategic, right in the heart of the city.

We happened to get a room on a floor without an elevator, but thankfully the staff helped us carry our luggage. The directions to our room were a bit unclear, even though it was close to the lobby. It would be great if they could improve the signage, especially for floors that aren't elevator-accessible, to make it easier and clearer to find.

This hotels in serious need of a renovation I’m sure when it was built. It was a beautiful hotel now things look a bit rundown. It’s about as clean as you can possibly get it and the staff is good. I believe it just needs a renovation for example in the main elevator, the carpet in there was very old and dirty. There’s still carpet in the rooms. I think you would benefit from just hardwood floors if you have carpet in a hotel it should be new. I looked at the information on this hotel before writing this review and it says that it was built in the 90s. You can definitely tell the furniture and the air conditioner looked very old. It says that there was a renovation at the beginning of 2000s well that means that it hasn’t been renovated in 20 years and that’s very apparent this hotel definitely has potential but I don’t think that the cost is justified

My second time stay at namin.. So far so good with a reasonable price and great location. A lot of option for food and coffee shop. But the shower head must be put into a deep clean process, the water is fine but the shower head need to be clean or change, thank you.

The hotel is a great place to stay, the staff is so friendly and warmly welcome us. For a three star hotel, they provided amenities more than a four star hotel. A safe and mini fridge are available in each room. The breakfast' plates, cups, saucers were warm and clean. The food is nice and well prepared by their kitchen. The price is almost the same with the market at the hotel surroundings. Check-in and check-out time is very efficient and quick.

Honestly, getting room 618 was quite a struggle, and I got help from 'someone' to check in during Eid al-Fitr holiday, Day 5. I negotiated for a 1:30 PM check-in, but felt bad and arrived at 2:30 PM, only to find the single bed still not ready. So, I ended up checking in at 3 PM as per SOP, according to the grumpy receptionist. SOP, whatever. Initially, the service was frustrating and made me regret my choice. The TV only had local channels, and they weren't clean. There's a cash deposit of IDR 100k. The shower water at night was full hot, no regular temperature. Then in the morning, it was full cold, no hot or warm. No wardrobe or fridge either.

Stayed 2 nights here with great experience's, warm welcome by receptionist. I choose king bed size , the room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfy, and full of amenities. The hotel situated in heart of city and strategic location, their services is good. The room price is affordable. There is a wide range of breakfast menu's. Overall, its highly recommended hotel for stay during holiday or vacation in Bandung.

Everything is ok... the staff are friendly... but from the first check in I asked for a doormat until the check out never arrived 😥... maybe it can be improved again in the future huh?

The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old. In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
