Located in a residential-like area. The room felt like a palace and was very clean. There's no one at the front desk, so you have to shout to get their attention. They have a sauna and a swimming pool, and the owner, an older lady, has a lot of charisma. If you want to use the sauna, make sure to tell the staff an hour in advance so they can turn on the boiler. I had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

My stay at Fave Hotel Premier Cihampelas was very enjoyable. The location is great, close to everything like the train station, food stalls, and especially CiWalk. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect for a holiday. Just a suggestion: my special requests made through Trip.com should really be considered by the management. Because yesterday, during check-in, the room I requested via Trip.com was not given to me. My husband had to ask for it to be re-checked to ensure we got our requested room with a window and a non-smoking room. Overall, I'm happy with my stay at Fave Hotel Premier. Thank you.

My second time stay at namin.. So far so good with a reasonable price and great location. A lot of option for food and coffee shop. But the shower head must be put into a deep clean process, the water is fine but the shower head need to be clean or change, thank you.

The hotel is a great place to stay, the staff is so friendly and warmly welcome us. For a three star hotel, they provided amenities more than a four star hotel. A safe and mini fridge are available in each room. The breakfast' plates, cups, saucers were warm and clean. The food is nice and well prepared by their kitchen. The price is almost the same with the market at the hotel surroundings. Check-in and check-out time is very efficient and quick.

I stayed at Shakti Capsule Cihampelas in Bandung from May 11 to May 14, 2025. It was a great choice for my stay in the city. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Cihampelas, close to shops, food stalls, and attractions. I also rented a motorbike from RMB - Rental Motor Bandung, which made getting around even easier. The capsules were clean, cozy, and well-lit. I had a comfortable rest every night. The shared facilities, like the bathroom and common area, were always tidy. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The hotel staff were friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, it’s a solid option for solo travelers or anyone looking for an affordable, no-frills place to stay in Bandung. I would stay here again!

Stayed 2 nights here with great experience's, warm welcome by receptionist. I choose king bed size , the room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfy, and full of amenities. The hotel situated in heart of city and strategic location, their services is good. The room price is affordable. There is a wide range of breakfast menu's. Overall, its highly recommended hotel for stay during holiday or vacation in Bandung.

The hotel is cool, the location is quite strategic. For the male room, the style of Minahasa custom house stage building, with bunk beds. The mattress and pillows are quite soft and clean. the yard is full of trees,flowers and other plants,so it is cool and cool.although it is quiet at night,it is still crowded because there are many people staying.***a old and traditional but still cool. Unfortunately, my hot water for bathing and soap/shampoo/odol + toothbrush and towels did not get. Use a discount voucher to save money. Stay again when returning to Bandung

Everything is ok... the staff are friendly... but from the first check in I asked for a doormat until the check out never arrived 😥... maybe it can be improved again in the future huh?

It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay. The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing. The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old. In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
