1. It is a nature-friendly accommodation in a secluded and quiet location in the countryside. 2. The service is appropriate, neither too much nor too little. 3. Please visit early every day to clean and set up, and put mosquito repellent and mosquito nets in the evening. And the airport pick-up and sending service was also convenient. 4. There are many plants in nature, so you can swim all day in the pretty and calm sea, and enjoy delicious food and massage at a reasonable price. It fit perfectly with the place I was imagining, and I had a happy time. I would definitely visit again next time

Stayed for three days and two nights, stayed on the first day, there was no list of facilities, could not be checked, and then I also informed that I did not need to hold the room. I had an accident until the check-out day. The housekeeper said that I had lost two large towels. Finally, the matter delayed my market. I stayed in too many hotels and there was no list of facilities. I have never had this experience. I was really helpless and angry. The reception desk did not know what I said. I really talked to the chicken and the duck. The biggest problem this time was the housekeeper. Due to the time problem, I finally left without solving any more problems. The surface of the room was clean and tidy, but there were mosquitoes in wait, and they came out to bite at night, damn! The toilet is easy to plug, so be careful to use it. This hotel advantage, the location is better than others, it is located in the night market, so it is very, very convenient

very hospitable and wonderful hotel. I liked everything, from the size of the room which after Ho Chi Minh is really big, to the beach, which is a wild beach and the island’s people go there to swim, but the fact of the matter is that the beaches adjacent to the hotels are full of employees who watch your every step and here there are few people only, a good local bar and excellent Saigon coffee , the water in the sea has always been warm. from hotel till beach is 7-10 min by slow step. The hotel pool was clean and after sunset everyone always went out to swim and dive. The room was cleaned every day, clean towels, new bottles of water. We wanted to make a fish barbecue but we had no experience for making fare & a hotel employee helped us. he went and bought fuel and helped light the coals. Without him it definitely wouldn’t have happened.....we are very glad that we chose Aurora House to stay.

We have stayed at 2 hotels in Phu Quoc and I could tell you that pools in Novotel is exceptionally good. Their staffs are friendly and helpful. In addition, their location is very close to a night market, you need not worry about how to spend your night time/ just staying in the hotel/ get a grab to visit somewhere else, there are various stores and shop you can stop by. We tried their massage services in promotional price, and I can say that they are good value and you should try it. The only down side in my experience this time is, it may due to we were staying in 5/F floor, the day light and hot air trapped in the room, and so it caused us feeling room temperature is kinda high even during night time/ when sleeping.

Regent Phu Quoc, a 5-star resort, had an amazing and attentive staff that exceeded our expectations. However, the resort lobby was uncomfortably hot due to its open space concept upon arrival. Despite this, our room was fantastic and included a private pool. Unfortunately, the resort layout lacked open space and ocean views, making everything feel closed and stuffy. Additionally, there was no airport transfer provided, which is disappointing given the resort's high price point compared to other resorts. On the other hand, the food was the highlight of our stay, with some dishes being hits and others misses. The beef and chicken pho were amazing, but the egg benedict was not good. Overall, while we had an amazing experience and would consider returning, we don't think it's worth the high price for most occasions.

Very beautiful resort but sadly did not live up to it's standard. They sold rooms even though they wanted to prioritise their group customer. Coca Cola booked the whole resort during my stay and everything is about their group instead of my stay. They only had 1 F&B outlet opened on that day, instead of their listed many, and even then, they gave me a limit to leave the outlet by 7.30PM. They told me last order was at 6.45PM and when I arrived at 6.30PM one of the staffs did not want to serve me saying that they are closed. I had to remind them that it's not 6.45PM yet and then another staff took over and decided to give me the menu. I asked them where do they expect their other in house guests to dine to which they reply there is a night market not far away from the resort. Imagine paying close to $400/night for a holiday and being told we have no options to dine on the property. In conclusion, with the price I paid, I had expectations and they fell short in providing the service level I was expecting at such an establishment.

All around experience was great. Just a few minor items that surprised me a little. The staff had great attitudes but lacked some experience when handling situations. Offering a shuttle bus at 18:00 to help get to an ATM at 11:00 in the morning was bizarre to me. The Cabana room was great, except for some minor things that I wouldn't consider to be a 5-star resort. The cover for the comforter had a massive hole for putting on and taking off right in the middle. No zipper or any closing at the end so it was a little uncomfortable while sleeping. Mad Cow restaurant was also just ok for the level of restaurant it is claimed to be. The night market is very close and they provide free shuttles to and from the airport and nearby night market. Still, a great experience at this hotel.

The hotel as a whole is not bad, it would be) if it worked at full capacity. but I was very upset that they were selling rooms when nothing else was working around. We visited at the end of the season, but the sea is not cleaned, there are heaps of garbage on the beach, broken sun loungers and tattered mattresses. the bar doesn't work, breakfast is poor, neighboring hotels don't work either, everything seems to have died out. Why sell numbers if you cannot provide service.
