We used reward points for this stay and it was a great value. The hotel was easily accessible off the interstate and was close to a mall; and a Costco was located across the street. We asked for a two queen bed suite and the room was outstanding. We had lots of room, a couch, and two flat screen televisions. There were plenty of plugs for our electronic devices and a Keurig coffee maker in the room. I would give this hotel a 6 plus if allowed.
Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was convenient to all of Polaris without being amid the craziness and noise of the shopping district. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I will stay again next year for the conference and any other time I need to visit Columbus.

Currently staying at the hotel. Room is ok, bar is ok, haven't had a chance to eat at the restaurant yet but overheard others at the bar saying the food was good. Only reason I'm reviewing is to give a heads up. Even the grungiest Hampton Inn has a microwave in the room. I travel a lot for work and almost always stay at a Hilton brand, typically Double Trees. I was convinced by my client to switch to this hotel, wishing I hadn't. I work from the hotel all night and a microwave in the room is crucial. Wish I'd noticed before loading up on microwavable meals for those goofy hours. Called the front desk to see if there was one available (or if I just wasn't finding it) and was told there's 1 microwave for the entire hotel by the gift shop. This is a 9 story hotel. Gross. And I'm not excited about having to trek all the way down to the lobby and back with my food at 3am. Anyway, nice average mid-rang Hilton chain hotel but I guess remember to look at the room amenities before booking. Coming back to Columbus in the Fall for the second wave of this project, I'll be staying somewhere else.

I was very pleased on this location, my first stay here was on 2021, and everytime I came around I used this one. Lst year I stayed 4 times, and every time I was feeling closer to home. Many thanks to staff (Chrissy, John, Keirra, and everyone from kitchen, cleaning and maintenance) for ensuring a high quality service. This last stay was even better as the hotel was renewed, so it really worth giving a try. I warmly recommend.
It is a self-catering hotel apartment. The room has a fully equipped kitchen, maybe everyone is cooking in the room, so the room is inevitably a bit of a taste, the window in the room can only open a seam, I think it would be easier to spread the taste if it can be opened. No one in the room during the stay, the towels can go to the front desk for exchange, the first floor has a laundry room, and the laundry is free. There is a larger food supermarket nearby. Hotel transportation is convenient, parking is free

I really cannot come up with a single issue, that’s how good this hotel is! I want to start by setting expectations, this is in a semi-expensive area of Columbus and I had a 1 king, 1 bedroom suite for change out of $130. Included in that was a free breakfast. A lot of times, low prices exist for a reason, not here. Everything about my stay was perfect. The lobby, common areas, courtyard, fitness center, and business center were all well maintained and appointed, and were never too crowded. They do have an indoor pool, but it was closed for maintenance. Massive thumbs up to the IHG website which made that extremely clear during booking. As for the employees, every single person I talked to was super friendly and nice. The breakfast was great and the hallways were also fine. As for security, each door requires a key, and the lobby does between certain times. Additionally, you do have the standard RFID, and flip out lock, set up on the door. The room had no cleanliness issues, a comfy couch, wonderful bed, nice bathroom, and kitchen. The bedroom/bathroom was separated from the living room/kitchen/entrance by a door. Also, this is small, but they actually put shower gel in the shower!! Speaking of the shower, if I had one complaint about my experience, I’d say it’d have to be the fact that a lot of caulking at the base of the shower i

Very Good
GGuest UserStayed Last Thursday- Saturday and we had a great experience. Angela at the front desk was super helpful and kind. Actually, al the staff was really wonderful. Pros: -Clean rooms -Would recommend for families -Great breakfast options ( cheese, omelettes, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, bagels, English muffins, yogurt, cereal) - Pool area is excellent. However, I don't think it is the most appropriate for 1.5 year old (which is how old my daughter is). There is a step down to get into the water and the shallow end is still about 1-1.5 ft deep so not much of an area where a toddler could just sit in shallow water ( 0-6 inches) and just splash around. Would work the best for just a tad older kids. All the kids I saw in the pool area was having a blast and they looked to be anywhere from 5- early teens. - They have quiet hours from 10p-7am - Microwave and mini fridge in the room Cons: - The water was cold :( when you walk in to the pool area it feels like the water will be warm but it was super chilly. I think each time we only spent about 1/2 hour in the pool area and my daughter didn't want to be in the pool because how chilly it was. Her had a purple/blue tint to them because of her chill. Location: I think it is a great location to Polaris. However it is not on the same side as the mall. There are limited options for walking to a nearby restaurant. I imagine you could have more options if you don't mind walking and weather permitting. The closest option is Bonefish Grill and it is about the length of a football field away. There are other options down the road that I am sure you could walk to. It is super close to Ikea and TopGolf.
DDennis EJust there for one night, everyone was nice and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near a wide range of shopping and dining, but not in all the congestion. Breakfast was good and very convenient. Used the pool and Hottub, the pool was small but pleasantly warm compared to other hotels. Overall a good experience.
