Hilton Columbus/Polaris

I recently attended a conference at the Hilton Columbus/Polaris, and the entire experience was outstanding. The meeting spaces were top-notch, the amenities were superb, and the catering/food provided was excellent. What truly set this venue apart, was the incredible service. The staff was consistently attentive and friendly throughout the event. A special shout-out goes to Terry, who went above and beyond to be accommodating. He answered all of my questions with a polite, respectful attitude and a pleasant smile, making the entire time truly enjoyable. Thank you, Terry, and the rest of the Polaris team, for your exceptional hospitality!

My 2nd time here at this hotel; my 2nd visit was as good, if not better, than my 1st visit. Everything is clean, immaculate, elegantly designed and decorated. Just a marvelous place to stay. No buffet breakfast, but that's okay. I gladly will pay for the superb food that is served at the restaurant. Our server Lauren was pleasant and efficient. The hotel is a stone's throw from Polaris Mall, an easy walk to it. No complaints about anything.

Beautiful hotel. Clean. Close to many restaurants and shopping. We had a king double on the club level. My daughter complained that the bath room was too small. Other than that great room.

Great place to stay. Fun outdoor seating at bar/ restaurant. Issue with a wiggly toilet seat but fixed right away. Clean, good atmosphere, friendly staff, great location.

over the past 6 years, we've passed through Columbus 2 to 3 times a year - always staying at this hotel. Its a great place, but we were dissapointed that its basically been downgraded to a Hilton Garden Inn. The menu has shrunk dramatically, and the liquor cabinet at the bar is not as well stocked. We'vr seen this place when its very busy, yet they have always been staffed to handle it. Not so much this time. There's a decidely more pedestrian feel. Take it for what its worth. We're empty-nesters with time on our hands that pamper themselves once-in-a-while. This location is fine, just not the more upscale feel it once had.

The property was nice. We only had an overnight stay so we didn’t have the opportunity to check out the entire hotel.

We stayed for a basketball tournament and it was super nice to be at a great place. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Cleaning of the room was ok upon putting my bag down I noticed there was candy wrapping in the floor. Seeing this it makes me wonder how clean my room was.
