Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. It was quiet. Breakfast was great! Really nice hotel! Glad we stayed there.

Modern, really clean, nice facilities. Can't get any better in terms of hotel. Location wise, close to mall but not a very walkable location. Around 20 mins car ride to downtown Columbus.

This was my favorite hotel during this business trip. It had a subtle citrus scent and was very clean. There were also steakhouses, seafood restaurants, and Korean hot pot restaurants nearby, which was so convenient. Columbus is beautiful.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We stayed two nights here and we will stay here again when in the area.

Unprofessional staff Terrible check in Interruption to our stay What a waste of a stay. And when pressed on our concerns the manager basically blows us off. This location advertises at $200 or more a night. Totally not worth it. So glad I had to wait more than an hour past my check in because they cannot hire staff or be moved in the middle of the night because the staff doesn’t want to address noise concerns. Was awesome moving luggage and a 3 yr old at 1030pm. I was on the fence about staying Hyatt member, but not anymore.

Stayed here over the weekend as part of my wedding. Hotel was clean and everything was in good condition- staff was excellent.

Very clean hotel with lots of areas to sit inside and outside. Breakfast was the traditional foods and it was kept stocked. Staff is very friendly at this location. It has a very nice bar area. There is a pool, but I did not use. Lots of parking, restaurants and shopping in the area. One of the nicer Hyatt Places I’ve stayed in.
