An amazing stay..hotel very near to women gate (16-17) and male gate (17-18)..not to far from gate 25 (women’s raudhah)..
Very convenient stay and would recommend to other travelers..worth for money!
Good service by house keeper Abdul Hakim also he so friend house keeping department is also excellent and the over roll service of the hotel is good also near the Haram our room no,3835 the service was excellent and supervisor Majid roll excellent job and very friendly
The rooms are clean and neat. But compared to family room it was small and lighting was less. The room service was good and cleaning staff was very good. The cleaning is very good. The concierge service also was very good. Location is very close to Masjid. I took this because I had kids. Also close to the food stalls. Difficulty was to reach the hotel by taxi and no parking. While checking out Mr. Moidu helped us to reach the nearest taxi point to reach our car in Kudai parking. I would recommend the hotel, stay, staff and service is excellent
Very good hotel..rooms are good and spacious. Kaaba view is excellent from hotel. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Good spread with lots of option. We were served with so much of care and specially Mr Ashraf was very very helpful and gave the extra mile to us and took care of us even the minute details specaily for my mom . That's what you call hospitality. My rating *****. Must try people like Ashraf make the difference between other properties and this.
The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to Haram. The service was really fast and efficient. The rooms although, were slightly old and felt used and not as “clean” as some of the other clock tower hotel rooms. Also the amenities in the bathroom can be improved by adding more like toothbrush toothpaste were not included which we expected. Also there was no blow drier or oven in the room to heat up food items. These improvements can lead to a better experience and for us to book again with Pullman Zamzam.
It is my first time to have a short stay in this hotel. It was a very good experience from the start of my journey at the reception desk with Mr. “saif” and his warm welcome and continuous smile, through the wide, clean room with its new furniture and many facilities, the good service of the house keeper “Samy”, passing by the most decent, supportive, and helpful restaurant manager; Mr. “Taher”; and his professional team, and ending at the reception desk again with the warm “see you again” from Mr. Abd AlRahman. From my point of view, except for the fact that the hotel is far from “Haram”, it is one of the best hotels in Makkah.
It’s a very nice hotel. Walking distance to gate 79 (10 minutes) which leads directly to the Kaaba.
There’s two towers, 1 & 2, both have a great breakfast.
There’s two restaurants in tower 2. There’s a cafe which can make birthday cake if you so wish.
There’s a nice prayer room inside the hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
I'm Ali, and I'm thrilled to share my outstanding experience at Makkah Hotel & Towers. The service was truly amazing, with a team of friendly and attentive staff. Special recognition goes to Faisal Mahmood, the House Keeping Supervisor, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. His dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail created a wonderful environment. Faisal's exceptional care and professionalism made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Makkah Hotel & Towers to everyone. When booking, be sure to ask for Faisal - he's the best! Rating: 5/5 stars
Great and the prices are varied and affordable. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Grand Mosque and located on the main Al-Aziza neighborhood road. All services are close by. Restaurants, commercial complexes, cafes, as it is known, Al-Aziziyah neighborhood is one of the distinguished neighborhoods in Mecca. The hotel, God willing, will visit it again and it is worth the experience.

Outstanding
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Jumeirah for our Umrah trip. Our room was fantastic but we were so appalled by the dining service and quality of food.
At breakfast, the service is terrible. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful and the people behind the live food stations need to smile like the gentleman on the egg station. I asked 5 times for a karak chai from the start of entering the breakfast until the end; I was there for 1.5 hours and every single person I asked was unable to get me the karak. They kept ignoring and disappearing. In the end I had to remind the waiters how long I had been waiting only to be told it had run out. I was waiting for a very long time just to be told this! In the end someone did get me the karak but it was so hard to just ask for something so simple.
Also every day at breakfast the tables are not set out with the cuttlery and napkins missing. Every time I ask someone for some cutlery as there isn’t any on the table and it doesn’t get replaced but again we are always ignored and have many times helped ourselves to cutlery from other tables or the station where staff store the cutlery.
We got very tired of the service here and it definitely doesn’t live up to the standards of other 5 star hotels (except the hotel and room itself). The staff are very unhelpful and the kitchen staff are awful. Having come from a hospitality background, there needs to be more structure in your kitchen and managers need to stop prioritising specific tables. All guests should be treated the same.
We came to the buffet dinner and we’re looking forward to a lovely meal however the food was absolutely awful quality. The lamb shoulder was so over cooked and dry. We have never tasted anything quite like it. I have attached a picture to show the quality. It was inedible.
There were literally no staff at any of the service stations. We wanted some of the grilled meat and chicken and we had searched for someone to serve it to us and he took one handful of it and put it on our plates. That is not an adequate protein portion. The portion was enough to fit a tablespoon of meat. The options were so poor. Again, no table service and no napkins and cutlery. We had to keep asking for things that should have been there. We didn’t even have water bottles and the table next to us had 5 water bottles for 2 people. We were really looking forward to the dinner but it was the worst buffet we have been to for a five star hotel. Nothing was fresh and the dessert selection was terrible too. Definitely nothing 5 star about it. The pastry was old and stale and very sweet without any flavour. It’s such a shame at such a high price which does not reflect any quality at all.
We were so disappointed with the stay. We were hoping to return later this year with our family but we will have to find another hotel as this is hotel is not at the standard to bring our family to. Your location, decor, room size are amazing but your customer service and quality of food really lets you down. It is such a shame as we were really looking forward to staying here again.
Best,
Umar Raza
HhcahcaThe breakfast is ok, because I have lived before, so I know it is not as good as before, the rooms are clean, and the waiters are good, but the bar is really difficult to communicate, can I study English seriously? I feel like they don’t understand if you hurry up hahaha
GGuest UserTwo nights stay was just great; attentive but not intrusive staff made the difference. Miss Nehal and her colleagues at the reception, management and restaurants are among the best Marriot brands staff I have ever seen. Arrived too early for the usual check in but was treated in the best way with minimum waiting and an upgrade. The location near the HARAM is just great and the view from the 21st floor restaurant is awesome Wide variety of delicious food at breakfast and dinner time with highly courteous staff and good looking smiling faces every where . Some facelift is needed in the rooms though Thank you all Dr A Hawwari Titanium member
GGuest UserI arrived to the hotel at 10 and the lady in the reception told us to go and do the Omra and come back to get the rooms, I am a gold Fairmont member which was treated badly. We came back at 2:30 and noticed that the rooms are not ready and have been told that the check in time is 4PM, however before one day of arrival they called me to ask me what time do I want the room to be ready. Each customer receptionist was directing me to another where this wasn’t practical at all, image I was awake more than 12 hours and at the end of the day each on just throws me. Then after having a fight we got the rooms finally, I get to know that one of the rooms is full of insects and the other room is noisy from the neighbors. When I called to tell the reception after several fights they changed both rooms, we had to wait more than 15 minutes for the escalators. Overall my experience with this hotel is really baaaaaaad and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The only positive point was that it’s few steps to the Haram other than that nothing is worth it at all, even when you speak to someone from the receptionist they don’t reply as of they don’t listen and in my case I am a gold member plus trip advisor level 6, how if I was a normal guest what would happen. They made my day very hard and miserable
GGuest UserExcellent stay. I had booked through the Hilton app - two partial haram view rooms. Check in on arrival time was punctual and smooth - I booked with breakfast included. We were told breakfast timings and location on arrival. We were also told there was a shuttle bus to the Haram every three minutes. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom also very big. Breakfast was great included bakery, egg station, fruit and various other hot/cold items including sub continent options. We were looked after by Saddam - a really nice guy. Housekeeping was quick, efficient and very good - the staff were always smiling. We used the cafe on ground floor a couple of occasions for dessert or hot drinks. All very good. Bottles of water provided in room. Also get iron/board too with a fridge in room too. Also a speaker where you can hear azan from the Haram. The shuttle was very good - every time we stepped out a bus was there and always left without too much waiting. A couple of mins drive to the haram and then about a two/three min walk into the mosque. You could walk to haram from hotel if you wanted - about 10 mins. A bit trickier to walk back from Haram as it’s uphill. Marriott and hilton convention Centre hotels are all within walking distance and all shuttles from these three hotels all stop in same place so easy to catch any of them on way back and cross quiet road to your hotel - no need to wait for double tree shuttle although there is always one very quickly. Overall a really good stay and I would recommend it. Also a really nice entrance to hotel…
GGuest UserWe had a great stay in Adress Jabal Omar! We will be back soon, in sha Allah. The staff is very polite and helpful. Especially Roaa from the restaurant (standing at the reception). Such a sweet girl! They also think about people with special needs. Although there is a bus bringing you to the Haram, they also offer a taxi with a elevator for wheelchairs. There was a minus: we had a stay of 5 nights and 6 days, the breakfast was everyday for 90% the same. Which is a big no for a 5 star hotel.
KKendana TamizStay here for Umrah.
The services is good, there is free shuttle bus every 30 minutes.
And the distance from hotel to Masjidil Haram is only 10-15 minutes.
Amenities in hotel is excellent.
There is iron and hair dryer.
And also the lift in lobby is many, so we cant have to wait for other guesses
GGuest UserAll I can say is wow, 5* value for money
We arrived early and the lady I think her name was hannah, explained very nicely check in is at 4pm but she respectfully checked us in at 12pm so we only waited half an hour more than fair.
The room was very clean and a shuttle service to haram shareef every half an hour (takes 10 mins)
I would definitely book this again.
There are local restaurants near not the best but do able
Taxi easily accessible from outside hotel.
GGuest UserMy experience with Buffet breakfast in Ramadan, eating a museum, and the place is beautiful, I highly recommend it because the food is great, the taste is great and the taste is very diverse, and I like to thank all the staff of the hotel and the hotel management for this excellent service, and the taste keeps this wonderful picture.
IIqra SMy stay at Worth Elite Hotel during my trip to Makkah was amazing. The overall experience was decent, there are a few aspects worth noting for future travelers.
The hotel itself is modern, with clean and comfortable rooms that provided a peaceful place to rest after long days at the holy sites. The staff were courteous and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. The service, though not exceptional, was reliable, and the housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were well-maintained throughout my stay.
One of the standout aspects is the surrounding area. There are several amazing hotels nearby that offer a variety of dining and shopping options, which added a great deal of convenience during my stay. The proximity to these amenities definitely made it easier to find good restaurants and places to explore.
However, the one challenge I encountered was the location of the hotel itself. It was a bit difficult to find, especially for first-time visitors, as it’s tucked away from the main roads. Even with GPS, I found it a little confusing to navigate, so I recommend planning your route in advance.
From Hotel to Masjid-Al-Haram it’s 7min walk, which is worth it. However, if you are extremely tired from walking then it’s bit tough. Hotel doesn’t provide shuttle and the taxi is bit expensive.
Despite the minor location issue, Worth Elite Hotel offers a comfortable stay with helpful staff and great options nearby, making it a solid choice for travelers to Makkah.
