An amazing stay..hotel very near to women gate (16-17) and male gate (17-18)..not to far from gate 25 (women’s raudhah).. Very convenient stay and would recommend to other travelers..worth for money!

The hotel is very well located, close to the haram. The Al Noor restaurant has a very good selection of breakfast & is very well staffed with friendly and welcoming staff. Nadiah at restaurant is brilliant and customer focused. Shazzad is kind and always hospitable towards my parents. Mr Syed Mannan, restaurant manager runs a very good operation and full credit to him. We stayed in Tower 2 on 15th floor. Abol Hossain in house keeping was excellent. He cleaned room daily with fresh towels, hoovering & bedding. No job was too big for him. He even found me salt on request. Mohammed Kabir was also good. I would highly recommend Makkah Towers especially for elderly & disabled guests for convenience.

It’s a very nice hotel. Walking distance to gate 79 (10 minutes) which leads directly to the Kaaba. There’s two towers, 1 & 2, both have a great breakfast. There’s two restaurants in tower 2. There’s a cafe which can make birthday cake if you so wish. There’s a nice prayer room inside the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very near Haram and all amenities. Rooms are cleaned regularly or on demand. Restaurant services good but with some limited choice. Only problem were the size of rooms. Although we knew it will be smaller but did not expect that smaller. There were no table to keep at least 1 luggage and I had to crawl to my bed as only one side was open. On request, they changed the room to a slightly bigger room. For the price I might use it again.

The hotel has a prime location close to Alharam. The Haram broadcast is a nice addition. The staff was friendly and professional. Special thanks to Mr.Ahmed from the front desk for welcoming me and my family. A thank you is also due to Mr. Akram from the housekeeping. The hotel has a direct access to the mall which is very convenient. The fruit basket was provided upon arrival. The laundry service was very quick. My stay was really comfortable and I will definitely revisit.

Al Meeraj Restaurant, found in google but discovered a hidden garden of best food you might ever try and never forgets. I met the Chef himself Mr. Ahmed Ayoub to thank him for the experience. The team is amazing welcomes guests with smiling faces , the place is quit and well organized. The salad buffet was Mediterranean with 10/10 flavors and tastes. The main course was Indian and seafood. I was really amazed with this pieces of art , in Hajj season the food quality is usually overlooked. I highly recommend this restaurant

It is my first time to have a short stay in this hotel. It was a very good experience from the start of my journey at the reception desk with Mr. “saif” and his warm welcome and continuous smile, through the wide, clean room with its new furniture and many facilities, the good service of the house keeper “Samy”, passing by the most decent, supportive, and helpful restaurant manager; Mr. “Taher”; and his professional team, and ending at the reception desk again with the warm “see you again” from Mr. Abd AlRahman. From my point of view, except for the fact that the hotel is far from “Haram”, it is one of the best hotels in Makkah.

Good service by house keeper Abdul Hakim also he so friend house keeping department is also excellent and the over roll service of the hotel is good also near the Haram our room no,3835 the service was excellent and supervisor Majid roll excellent job and very friendly

We stayed for a week. Overall, it was a decent experience although ultimately overpriced during Umrah. The room was relatively small. We were able to add a third guest at a cost of 300 riyals per night which was reasonable but only a bunk bed was offered and it took the minimal space available. The bathroom sink was clogged during our entire stay despite repetitive requests made to the cleaning staff and on the Bonvoy Marriott app. The food experience is however terrible! Iftar at the restaurant is extremely overpriced for 250 riyals per person and unjustified for a food of poor quality and not tasty at that. The scheduling was also hectic. Iftar was only from 7 to 9 pm and Sohour from 1 to 3 am; meaning if one wanted to attend Taraweeh, they would not be able to eat by the time they came back from the Mosque and would have to wait until 1 am to sustain themselves, which is ridiculous. We were therefore eating at the coffeeshop reception which was offering a buffet for 100 riyals per person, which was still overpriced for what it was. Only a few items were offered and not replenished.

Very good hotel..rooms are good and spacious. Kaaba view is excellent from hotel. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Good spread with lots of option. We were served with so much of care and specially Mr Ashraf was very very helpful and gave the extra mile to us and took care of us even the minute details specaily for my mom . That's what you call hospitality. My rating *****. Must try people like Ashraf make the difference between other properties and this.
