Spotless clean. Super nice staff. Super quiet and beautiful view from the executive rooms (with terrace), it is really worth, table and chairs for afternoon coffee included, super helpful staff, thank you to Alberto & Levi at reception, they were just the best. Breakfast a variety with seeded rolls, plain rolls, croissants, fresh cakes, goat cheese, omelette, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, baked beans, my Tipp: order the “American coffee” ☕️, it is equivalent to the European coffee, the bed was super confident, in the executive room you get 2 pillows each and the bed is 2x King Size. TV huge plus international channels, walk in shower (I’m disabled and it helped!). Would give 10 stars for the hotel. Attention please: if you are having trouble walking, the hotel is on a slightly hill. But I’m disabled and thought it is good excercise.

Last year, l contacted the Corinthia Hotel in Lisbon to inform them that we would like to book the Executive Junior Suite and provided the dates that we would be staying there for our honeymoon as we going to be getting married in September 2022. This was our 5th time staying at this 5* hotel over the last few years. On our arrival we were greeted by the friendly concierge and went to the reception to check in. The receptionist was very friendly and welcomed us to the hotel and then checked our dates were correct. We were informed that they had upgraded our room since it was our honeymoon and its going to be a surprise, we were not expecting this and was very excited to see what she meant. Before we left to go to our room, she explained that the Sky Lounge was being refurbished and not in use, but we would receive a 30€ voucher to use for each day we were staying at the hotel and could be redeemed several ways within the hotel. This was excellent as it gave us the flexibility of what we wanted to use it for. We thanked her for the upgrade and the vouchers and we were taken to the room. We really did not know what to expect but when we got in the room we were lost for words.... The room was absolutely beautiful and stunning and had the biggest bed we have ever seen. The Suite was luxurious and had a huge bathroom with a large bath and separate large shower and twin sinks. There was a walk in wardrobe and space to put your luggage, everywhere was superbly clean. There is a sofa and arm chair with foot rest, minibar which came with free water, juice and nibbles each day as part of the upgrade benefit. We want to personally thank Corinthia for the unexpected upgrade to such a fantastic room that enhanced our honeymoon stay and we love staying there so much that we have already booked again and extended our stay as we don't want to stay anywhere else because we are so happy with the staff that are friendly and the amazing array of choices at breakfast time. Corinthia always look after returning guests as well as new guests. If you want a first class 5*hotel, with impeccable service, we highly recommend you book your next stay at this hotel, you will not regret it. Mr and Mrs Bennett

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is so central you can walk anywhere you like and always fall back to your hotel if you are tired. The room is compact so be aware if you bring big suitcases as there is limited space yet enough if you bring a carry on or backpack. Bathroom is clean and big enough and the bed is comfortable. Great you get a complimentary bottle of Portuguese wine in the room and the staff was very friendly. The hallways are a bit dark and maybe the big bottle of water could be replenish after the second night of stay. Yet overall a great place and can recommend it.

We chose LX as a treat to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was a wonderful experience. The staff are immensely friendly and helpful and let us check our bags in while we explored the city. The room was modern, comfortable and far away from Pink Street. Time Out Market is minutes away on foot and there are several e-scooter depots located nearby. You are at the bottom of a very steep hill (Rua do Alecrim) which may pose a challenge to some. We were more interested in seeing the sights, and visiting local bars and restaurants than Pink Street or going clubbing. We can thoroughly recommend Jam Club (get there early!!) This whole trip was a real treat from start to finish. Lisbon is a beautiful city and the locals are exceptionally nice.

The size of the room is similar to the Motel 168 I stayed in 20 years ago. The room is so small that I feel like I can't even turn around when I get in. The 28-inch box looks extremely huge. The bathroom is relatively spacious, but the price of 1,400 per night is really not worth it. There is a marshall Bluetooth speaker and the room is well soundproofed. The bathroom only has shower gel and shampoo, but no conditioner, and the shelf for bath towels is so high that I, who is over 1.6 years old, can't reach it. The service is very good. There was no room when I checked in. Once the room was ready, my luggage was sent directly to the room. The location of the hotel is very good. It is at the end of Liberty Avenue and close to the old city. It is convenient to go anywhere. There are very few types of breakfast and not many choices. It is much worse than the nearby hotel that I booked before. Because the previous hotel has no rooms in the past few days, I moved here.

We were SO incredibly fortunate to begin our 3 month European adventure in March 2022 at the Lisboa Carmo Hotel! The VIP ride from the airport with Alexandre, in the Tesla, and he was warm and welcoming as gave us a tour until he dropped us off. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. We spoke very little Portuguese at that time, and they were willing to both help us with the language, and speak to us in English when needed. The room was perfect. A double room (Family Suite) so we had an extra bed & bath for the nights we needed extra sleep due to jet lag. The breakfast? For 2 weeks we were spoiled. Fresh fruit like we had never tasted before. The mangos and papayas were out of this world. They said we can have whatever we want in the omelet, and when I asked for asparagus, the host apologized and then we saw him outside running across the street. He came back with fresh asparagus. There was a great variety and the coffee was delicious, too. What a treat! The location could not be better! Away from noise and crowds and close so much! The staff was helpful every step of the way! Our trip was off to a 5 STAR start. Our sincere thanks to the entire team!!

Hotel condition is ok once. Although it is an old hotel, it was tidy and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The shower room has music therapy, but it was amazing. Amenity is Morton Brown, and the coffee machine is Nespresso. Coffee is of course free. There was no electric port. Very friendly staff. I arrived at the pharmacy the day I arrived, so there was no pharmacy open. However, the desk staff worried and looked up and remembered me a few days later and asked my best regards. I also asked you to recommend a restaurant, but I have a really good house. Water and drinks are always available in the lobby, and in the afternoon you can have a delicious snack in the lobby. Please clean up your sleeping room in the morning and clean up your room so you can sleep in the afternoon. The room is always tidy, so every time I enter, I feel good. I saw you tidying up the bathroom by accident. It was an old hotel that smelled like a sewer, but I couldn't complain because it was so carefully managed that I couldn't blame it. The smell is fine if you close the bathroom door well. Besides, I didn't like frustration, so I kept the windows open so I thought it was better. Oh, when you organized it in the afternoon, you might have snacks like candy or tarts. I wandered around and ate really good. Breakfast was just the right kind (vegetables, cheese, ham and sausage, eggs, fruits, bread, milk, juice, coffee, etc.). The manager was very friendly at breakfast. Oh, we had wine and steak with room service. The location is perfect .. Buses, trams and subway stops are right in front of you and you can walk to the sea just a few steps away. There are many good restaurants nearby. The Trem takes you directly to the main tourist attractions ... Ah, the flats near the hotel make it easy to walk around. I am more than happy to see you later. I recommend it.

Beautiful and spacious room with great location.

We have just returned from a four night stay at the Hotel das Amorerias. When booking the only room choice available for us was the Deluxe Courtyard room and although the room was fairly small it was finished to such a high standard. Our bed was a standard double but was extremely comfortable with luxurious bedding. There is a small open wardrobe area to hang clothes, with two open shelves. We had seriously overpacked so the area looked messy. There is also nowhere to store suitcases so these were just in the corner of the room for our stay. The bathroom was of a decent size with a large walk in shower that had both overhead and handheld water supply. The toiletries that were replenished every day were Penhaligon (Blenheim Bouquet) and the maid came in twice a day, in the morning to clean and make the beds etc, and in the evening to offer a turndown service and replace towels again. The hotel was fully booked for our stay and I must say, the soundproofing was amazing. We never once heard another guest from our room. Downstairs, after reception there is a small seating area with comfortable chairs and books to read. Further through you come to the bar and breakfast area. This also spills out into the small but wonderful courtyard. Most mornings, we are our breakfast out in the courtyard. Breakfast was delicious. Small but perfectly presented dishes. The choice included breads and croissants, yogurts and fruit, a variety of egg based dishes and extras including spinach or crispy bacon. I will miss the breakfasts now I am back at home! The hotel offer a handful of snack choices for throughout the day and evening, this is quite limited, but what we did have was very good and really reasonably priced. We sat in the courtyard with drinks before heading out to dinner and sampled wines and cocktails. The bar man even made cocktails for us not on the menu. I highly recommend the hotel add the bramble to the menu as the one made for me was absolutely delicious! The staff were all very pleasant and hard working, a credit to the hotel. If you are looking for a small hotel, with great attention to detail and luxurious surroundings, then this hotel is for you. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel or recommend it to friends and family and I hope that next time we stay, one of the attic rooms are available for our dates. One of the best hotels we've stayed in, with some of the friendliest employees we have ever encountered. Cristina and David were two of the most amiable and helpful Front of House staff members we could have wished for; always cheerful and often going out of their way to help us. Nelson and Rachel were also polite and efficient on the reception and our house-made Annabel kept our bedroom spotlessly clean and tidy. Situated almost directly in front of Rossio Square, the hotel has an immaculately restored traditional Portuguese façade with an ultra modern interior and is ideally situated a 5 minute walk away from the train station. This proved ideal for day trips to beautifully picturesque Sintra and the beach at Cascais. A luxurious King Size bed in a spacious, super efficiently air conditioned bedroom ensured a refreshing refuge from the hotter July temperatures and a very good night's sleep.
