The hotel is the on the verge of old town, pretty far away. It's okay for business travel. I like it because the room is bigger comparing to other four star hotels in downtown.
Very close to the main attractions, there are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which is a convenient and good choice. The room was clean and tidy, and there was a small balcony, which was very pleasantly surprised. The quilt and pillows have a faint fragrance, and are also soft and comfortable, it is recommended.

The room is small but very warm. The bathroom is large. The service is good. The breakfast is very interesting. It is in the basement. The yogurt fruit coffee ham is very sufficient. The street food at the door tastes very good.
There is a very listless young lady at the reception who has no answer to anything. Hence the bad ”service” rating.
The apartment booked is not in the building given in the address, but about 5 minutes' walk away in a residential building in the back. The location is still very good, the tram stations are only 3 minutes away.
Breakfast is in the café opposite the building where the reception is. Breakfast is OK, there is white and dark bread (no rolls), various salads, ham, cheese, butter, strawberry jam, scrambled eggs, sausages, crêpes (unfortunately no chocolate spread), a homemade cake (very tasty), orange juice, milk, tea (black and green) and coffee and muesli and tomatoes and cucumbers (freshly sliced). Breakfast is served from 8-10, and it is always freshly refilled right up until the end. So actually very good.
The apartment has been renovated relatively recently, but unfortunately the washing machine has no connection. The kitchen has a stove, a microwave and a kettle and a refrigerator. Functional. There are also cleaning products.
The cleanliness was OK, but not great, the corners were not wiped.
There were 2 large beds, unfortunately without bedside lamps. But all in all OK.
The surroundings are great! Lots of cafes and restaurants, nice atmosphere. It's about 10 minutes by tram to the city center.
Tip: there is a week's ticket for tram and bus (trains cost extra).
With a stay at this apartment, you'll be centrally located in Kraków, within a 10-minute drive of Royal Road and Main Market Square. This apartment is 10.6 mi (17 km) from Wieliczka Salt Mine and 3.2 mi (5.2 km) from Wawel Castle.
This smoke-free apartment features scooter/moped rentals nearby.
Grab a bite from the grocery/convenience store serving guests of this apartment.
Make yourself comfortable in your apartment, which features a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
The breakfast at the hotel is delightful, offering a diverse selection of fresh and delicious options that cater to various tastes. The quality of the food and the pleasant dining atmosphere make it a noteworthy highlight of the stay.
Location is perfect. Really nice place just next to old town and town was pretty.
Hotel building can feel the history. Air conditioning working well. Room was clean and people is nice with delicious breakfast buffet. From 7:00am - 10:00am. And check out time is wonderful till 12:00pm.
But 1 thing, wifi connection is not good. This is hurting point.
Hope can be improved next time :)
The positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

JJtbagogoWe stayed three nights at the Venetian House Aparthotel. The location is superb. You exit the hotel straight onto the main square Rynek Glowney. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed in room 18 which was approached by its own little balcony overlooking the restaurant downstairs. We didn’t use any of the facilities of the hotel, because we had day trips booked and we knew that we would have early starts on all the days. The room itself was clean, warm, furnished nicely, with comfortable beds and masses of pillows to choose from. It had a small kitchenette with a sink, hob, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and very powerful. A real treat at the end of a day after many, many steps around Krakow and surrounding areas. We loved our stay and we will definitely return.
BBrianA bit out of town but a nice hotel. Service was great, we had an executive room and the executive lounge was outstanding for breakfast and a drink in the evening before heading into town. I’d really recommend this hotel as long as you don’t mind the walk or text into town.
PPolarmermaidWhat an excellent hotel with a warm historic ambience and lovely staff. I loved the special antique decor and dark wood. Good place to stay if you don’t know where you are as it’s very central-a short walk to the main historic square and a short walk to the modern three-story shopping mall—Galleria Krakova I think it’s called. There are trams right outside. Take them. If you get lost, use the Bolt App and order a taxi.
There are even a few goldfish in the back beer garden with big umbrellas which must be festive in the warmer months.
There’s a lift. My room was spacious with high ceilings. The bed was big and comfy. There was also a sofa, desk, plenty of hanging space, 🧥 fridge
and kettle with coffee/tea options - very handy. The assorted breakfast buffet was divine. So much to choose from: 🍵 , ☕️ 🍊 🍏 🍪 🍳 🥓 🧀 🫕 🥗 🥣 🧁 🥛 🧃
The staff were all very kind and helpful. The in-house masseur gave me a very good massage. The reception staff helped me pronounce Chocholowski which sounds like Hoho Woof Ski so just picture Santa and a dog skiing to get to the spa in the Tatra Mountains. Something for next time. It leaves you with a good feeling to stay here. 🌞🧳🌞
AAnonymous UserYou can walk from the station within 10 minutes. Located in the heart of the old town, it is ideal for exploring Krakow. The front desk is friendly and the staff at the breakfast service are also very good. * You can order dishes, pancakes, waffles, etc., and you can have them freshly made. The cheesecake is also very delicious, and I'm happy that I can drink cava in the morning. You can make your own cappuccino with the machine, but please order and enjoy the technology! This hotel is highly recommended.
SShenzhenMarcoThe location is very good, very close to the old town tourist area, a ten-minute walk. The hotel is quite new, the price is good, and there is a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket next to it, which has everything. There are also some restaurants within a ten-minute walk. It takes more than 20 minutes to take a taxi to the airport. It is a very cost-effective business hotel
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is nicely located, pretty close from both the train station and the Old Town. It’s pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was also very useful. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room. Also, during hot summer days, it’s really hot in the room without an air con. We used a fan in the room but it was still quite hot.
GGuest UserCheck in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.
GGuest UserHotel is pretty decent for the price.
In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.
