Upon check-in, it was done smoothly, although the valet parking was not handled so well. The room was spacious and clean except the drainage was very poor—the water clogged the sink and the shower room. We were staying only for one night and didn't get a chance to go to the pool, gym, and rooftop lounge. We will come again for a couple of nights as we saw they had a lot of promotions on food in the restaurants. Would give it another try.

Strategic location, nearby one utama mall and lots of food places available here. Room is quite nice, suitable for short trip. Great service by staff. This is our second stay here. We opt for this place whenever we need a transit before our business trip. Now they have kiosk for self check in and out which is great. Will have this on our fav option.

The place is big and the room cleaning is adequate.
Only there is no front desk service, and I encountered obstacles when I checked in on the first day.
Only the security staff can contact the hotel staff to know how to check in through the message.

We are pleased with the service standard here, the breakfast selection, and we even received complimentary daily laundry service during our recent 5 nights stay. NNasrul Azmi Bin Mohd SaidLocated near to my working place which is IKEA Damansara. View from room is so beautiful. Modern style room with 2 bedrooms. My son love to go swimming at level 39 Sky Infinity pool, Pool Deck and, Sky Pool Lounge. The Looby is easy excess for the first-timer.

KKRISHNAVALLY NAIRNice hotel. Friendly staffs and very comfortable room. I have been a returning customer for few years now and i just love how the room is very convinient.
Easy check in and check out. I was not asked for any deposits so far.
The parking fee is RM4 per entry. Can make cashless payment.
Breakfast is delicious with lots of varietes. They have a couple of vegetarian dish too.
Definitely will return soon.

DDannyOverall, the stays were pleasant except for two items:
1) only two drinking bottles were provided. Got to beg for additional water bottles. Other hotels in the Klang valley of the similar category, provides unlimited drinking water.
2) When asked for an additional comforter to be sent to our room, a worn out brown blankets was sent. Obviously we won’t dare to use it. Escalate this matter to Mr. Seelam, the PIC the second night, and the housekeeping sent another unacceptable blanky which I called it the twin sister. Utterly disappointed.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing me to quickly settle into my room after a long day of travel. Speaking of the room, I was blown away by the modern design and attention to detail. From the plush bedding to the sleek furnishings, every aspect exuded comfort and style.
One thing that stood out to me was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. Even amidst the ongoing pandemic, I felt reassured by the stringent hygiene protocols in place. The hotel staff was diligent in maintaining cleanliness, which provided peace of mind during my stay.
In terms of amenities, Manhattan Business Hotel leaves nothing to be desired. The complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi kept me connected at all times, while the well-equipped business center allowed me to stay productive during my visit. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served up delicious meals, perfect for grabbing a quick bite between meetings.

VVanya.GLocated beside Subang medical center . Hotel is pretty rundown. The hotel was holding exhibit of an artist. Went to the salon located at the lobby . Boss is very friendly and price is very reasonable. Had my keratin treatment done .
Upon entering the room , the walkway outside the bathroom was wet . Housekeeping forgot to close the fridge door resulting on the watery patch .
This hotel is suitable for younger couples who drives . Personally will not recommend for families with children as there’s no amenities nearby other than 1-2 coffeeshops opposite the hotel and a kmart ( about 10mins walk) .

AAlyce WanThe location is a bit tricky to get into the parking if you are unfamiliar with the place. The parking needs to register before entering but it's free. During the check-in, I got a free upgrade into 2-bedrooms suite but the floor is dusty, dining table is not wiped properly and the light is a bit dimmed, thus I requested to change to my initial type of room. The changed room is better compared to the previous one but the floor still got a bit dusty but acceptable.

AAnlimWe checked in at almost midnight. No problem as the counter is open 24/7. Our stay was 4 nights. On the night we checked in, I walked bare footed in the room & found the floor quite dusty. I mentioned it to the receptionist the next day & after that, everything was cleaned well every day. For stay that is more than one night, you have to request for room cleaning. The cleaners do not go into your room without permission. I would request for room cleaning each day when I was going out for a few hours at least. The toiletries that we have used are replenished each day. There is even a shower cap which many budget hotels now no longer provide. 2 bottles of drinking water are given daily & there is also a drinking water machine you can use for free. The quality of the water is good, no chlorine taste. The TV has only local channels. The room was mostly quiet except for occasional honking of cars. Location is good & safe even when late at night. There are all sorts of food shops, from coffee shops to restaurants. Watson & Guardian are on the same row as the hotel. We had good roast duck dinner less than 5 mins walk away. There are 3 convenient marts nearby. The public market is 2 mins away & there is a hawker food court beside it. All clean with many types of food offered. Cons: There were a few spots in the room that showed wear & tear as you can see from my photos but It did not affect our comfort. I dislike that there is only a rain shower which means we would get our heads totally wet each time we shower and the shower head is almost right above the toilet bowl meaning it is all wet after our shower. In fact, the whole bathroom gets wet. Unfortunately the hose for cleaning after toilet use is just left lying on the floor. I don't know why the management doesn't bother to put in a holder at least.

Every thing is ok, room is clean and hotel near by mrt, and there are a lot of restaurant around the hotel. customer service and front desk are very polite, excellent! 👍👍
