GGuest UserThe space is really comfy and the whole concept is great — it has a super relaxing vibe. Just a few things that could be improved:
-The bathroom door doesn’t stay open, which can be a bit annoying
-Will be great if there is full-length mirror in the room or at the common area
- The glass door lock gets stuck sometimes and is hard to open
- Would be nice if the gate had a keypad lock, so we don’t have to call someone to open it every time
- We also saw a small cockroach in the bathroom at night and again the next morning
Overall still a nice stay, just a few details that could make it even better!

FFarhana FaizuThis villa is absolutely perfect! My siblings are loving it and can't stop praising it every day. It even has a jacuzzi, guys! OMG. For breakfast, they serve their homemade bread, biscuits, tea, and coffee. Aan, the caretaker, is incredibly helpful. I will definitely return for another family trip this October. It feels like I've discovered a hidden gem in PJ, especially if I want the jacuzzi all to myself, hehe. Please come, everyone! Although there are fewer reviews since they've only been open for two months, it's truly worth it. They're now number one on my list! They also provide clear guideline if you want to order grabfoods or foodpanda. Ah lurve!
Plus, they're so generous with plugs. We booked for 4 people, and each of us had a plug right beside us—so convenient for charging phones while sleeping. Ah, love it!
If you're arriving by Grab, it might be slightly tricky. I recommend sending a picture of the gate to your Grab driver or going the extra mile by waiting in front of the gate before your Grab arrives. Other than that, everything is perfect!

GGuest UserThe staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I have a few suggestions for improvement. Room cleaning could be offered daily or made optional, as some guests might prefer not to have it every day. Additionally, the sheets need a thorough cleaning, as some had stains that made sleeping uncomfortable. Finally, the rooms get quite cold, and even when the mini-AC is turned off, air still seems to circulate. Overall, my stay at NapzBox was enjoyable.

First room – toilet basin had water blockage.
Requested a room change – second room had trash in the bin and dusty bed.
Had to buy Febreze from Bila-Bila Mart to make it bearable.
Hotel provides new amenities, which is good.
But overall, poor maintenance and weak management.
Stayed 3 nights – saw many guests checking in and out, but upkeep doesn’t match the traffic.
Checkout was uncomfortable – had to wait for the lift twice.
Both times it was full of groups of male foreigners talking loudly. Felt uneasy.
This place has potential, but management needs serious improvement.

AAlfred MubarackSmall nice condo with a beautiful view of a lake and a golf field, which is quite a premium in Klang Valley. A few convenience stores and some eateries nearby. The condo The condo is quite small, with the second bedroom filled up by the queen bed mostly, and there's only 1 toilet with 2 doors, accessible from the master bedroom and the living/dining room. You can't do any kind of cooking here, there's only an electric kettle. It would be great if they could add a microwave, it's just 100+, but the value it would add to the guests is tremendous. Overall, nice even for a staycation, because of the view, and the huge facilities, albeit a mediocre gym.

GGuest UserThe room itself is comfy and aesthetic with very clean toilet & bed (except for the carpet — quite obvious dirt on it, but it doesn't bother me since it's on the floor and not to sleep/sit on). Basic kitchen cutleries are provided like a pair of plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses, fork and spoon etc. and there's a convenience store (Bila-Bila Mart) next to the lobby.
The entrance of the building however, was quite difficult to find. The host has emailed the instructions on how to get there and where to park, but people who are unfamiliar/new to the area like me may find it pretty confusing. It is quite a new location with many construction going on at the area, but thankfully there were security guards who were helpful to guide us.

LLATINAH1. Check in process is made simple, I like that very much. I was allowed to check in 30 minutes early.
2. The room is clean . Other then bath foam & syampoo was given late ( accidentally missed to be put in the toilet), the rest of amenities were ok.
3. The TV channel are limited and the picture quality of the TV is not good. Please look into this.
4. Many restaurant are walking distance around 200 metres. MyNews shop 24 hours is available at ground floor of the apartment.
Overall I had a nice stay.

AazimimsI recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The blanket had a strong unpleasant odor, similar to body odor, as if it hadn’t been washed properly. It made my stay quite uncomfortable.
Additionally, the deposit payment was made online, but the refund process takes up to three working days, which is quite inconvenient. It would be better if the hotel could speed up the refund process for a smoother guest experience.
I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their services.

AAnonymous Userit’s easy to check in by self with photos and videos shown by the host, however the guide in text could be clearer as in stating which block. reached after 10pm and was dropped at block A, it took some time to figure out how to walk to block B, especially with big luggage 🥲

BBuaya______Pinbook it , because its near to my office, but it wasnt that convenient as the lrt need around 15 minutes of ealking, and the way walking to let its not pedestrian friendly, need cross the busy road which 4-5 lanes, going up and down from stairs. The level which i enter to my room, the hallway seems too dark, they dont provide water daily, only complimentary 2 bottle during check in. But no worry, there's a convenient store ( my news.com) ). Amneties such as toothbrush are not provided. being your own towel, their towel looks like my doormat.
