Close to the old city and the train station, the hotel facilities are perfect and the service is good

We had a lovely stay at Diamonds Inn. We booked the Standard Suite, Ensuite 3-bed room which is located at the top floor of the building. A very quaint compact en-suite family room great for a group of friends or family. All basic amenities are there including towels, shampoo and shower gels. There’s also an electric water kettle, coffee/tea, hair dryer and a small fridge! Beds are soft and comfy. Walls are thin and may hear voices of other guests in the halls during the day but was not a major issue during our stay, mostly quiet after 10pm. Location is very convenient as its only a stones throw away from one of the famous wall entrances, a pub and restaurant across and York Minster. Host was lovely and friendly as well, called to ask if we can get an early check-in and was happy to accommodate us.

Breakfast is good, but it was hard because there was no wifi in the room.

Beautiful atmospheric hotel with beautiful entrance, spacious bedroom modern classic bathroom, only the food is expensive and nothing special also breakfast was meager. But for the rest is ok

The hotel is right in front of the cathedral, the location is very central, and Diagon Alley is also within walking distance, which is not convenient for parking. 7.8 minutes after walking the street one night behind the parking lot is okay, parking during the day is very expensive. Great experience. The front desk staff was very kind and thoughtful and also upgraded the room for us for free. The facilities in the room are very complete and comfortable, the breakfast quality is high, and the hotel needs 15-20 minutes to get off the city.

A hotel worth staying at. The English breakfast was good. Good value for money. Remember to include breakfast when booking. Breakfast costs 10 pounds per person.

The front desk is very welcoming, but the facilities in our room are really average. The exhaust fan in the toilet is broken, and the toilet door lock can’t be closed. A small villa, the room is clean and tidy, very warm and quiet, the service is very good and warm, we live on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator, the suitcase is the store to help get the room, parking is also convenient. The environment of Zhou is good, and it is convenient to travel. It takes 20 minutes to walk along the river to see the tourist attractions in the downtown area. Only breakfast is very expensive. Two nights a day is a pleasant experience.
