非常感謝酒店小哥哥能半夜幫我們買急需物品！酒店床品不錯！然而，在享受自然之美的同時，似乎房間內的生態環境過於“生機勃勃”，不經意間與蜘蛛、蒼蠅及一些不知名的小昆蟲相遇（特別上樓的側邊樓梯可以看到好多小蟲屍體）對於像我這樣對昆蟲稍感敏感的客人來説，帶來很多不適感！希望酒店能在保持自然氛圍的同時，加強室內環境的維護，為所有賓客營造一個更加安心舒適的住宿空間。 此外，關於房間硬件設施及小細節需要提升，二樓床邊的窗簾存在縫隙，天亮就有光線直接照入（如圖1這還是陰天的早上）剛好在照在眼睛上直接叫醒！同時，夜間停電導致的熱水供應中斷，早上有熱水但是蓮蓬頭壞的！根本沒辦法洗澡！希望可以升級與完善.在此，再次感謝酒店的小哥哥！
